Q: Would a 14" MacBook Pro fit in this bag?

Only know my Samsung Galaxy Ultra fits in my bag. It is a 14 inch tablet.

Q: What about the product?

This product fits my MacBook with Touch Bar. I use it for meetings instead of my book bag. It is very stylish. I get tons of compliments on the bag every time I use it.

Q: Will apple ipad pro 12.9 5th generation fit?

Yes, it should fit just fine with room for other things. I have a 13” MacBook Pro and it fits fine along with paperwork and supplies. Hope this helped

Q: It says the inside has a partition . can it be removed to make the inside larger?

The partition is sewn inside of the bag. If you tried to remove it I think it would probably destroy the bag. This bag is very roomy though, even with the separator. Had it for 3 months now and it's holding up very well. Very happy with this purchase. Hope that helps. :)
