This product did not work in my HP printer, which , according to the description, was compatible. Unfortunately, I had discarded the packaging, so wasn't able to return. Very disappointed.

This Hencebuy toner is every bit as good as the original. It fits as easily and produces equally as good quality print. The page yield is slightly better with the OEM being 950 pages and this compatible being 1000 pages. It’s even chipped making that fiddly swap over unnecessary. I do have an issue with this ink though. The price. I’ve used Hencebuy ink before and they’ve always been top quality products and that goes for this 142a as well. However, their inks are usually well under half the price of the OEMs. This one isn’t. An original HP 142a costs £41.92 on Amazon, this Hencebuy is £29.89 so it’s only roughly a third cheaper. As the price difference of the two products is only £12.00 is it enough to warrant buying the compatible? I’m not for one second suggesting Hencebuy’s product isn’t cheap enough, it’s HP who on this very rare occasion have priced their ink at an affordable level. Would I buy this 142a compatible? Yes, every time. Out of principle I won’t buy OEM ink.

Easily recognisable by my MFP M139, so I was already happy from the beginning. Nice colours and no issues so far. Recommended!

Habe das Produkt eigentlich nicht als gebraucht gekauft. Trotzdem war die schwarze Plastikhülle geöffnet und die roten Sicherungsteile lagen alle lose darin und waren schon von der Toner-Kartusche entfernt. Da ich den Toner dringend brauchte, setzte ich ihn doch in den Drucker ein. Er funktioniert vorerst gut und deshalb behalte ich ihm. Mal sehen, wie lange er durchhält. Ergänzung am 10. März: Fa hat mir volle Erstattung angeboten. Wenn das Geld eingetroffen ist, erhöhe ich um 2 Sternchen! Leider ist bis heute (30.März) keine Erstattung eingetroffen und die Tonerstandsanzeige steht auf Minimum. Obwohl ich nur etwa 10 Seiten gedruckt hatte. Also kommt noch ein Stern weg! Nun endlich nach nochmaligem Anschreiben habe ich eine Erstattung bekommen. Also gibt es wieder 2Sternchen dazu.
