I needed an airbrush for fine detail motorcycle painting. I ordered this one and then I read the reviews, I know I should have read it first, I'm glad I didn't, Because I wouldn't have ordered it. After reading the reviews I tried to cancel it, But it was too late. No one said anything about it being used for auto paint or anything else except water based paint. Or to paint Cake's, I thought, oh hell no, I'm 65 years old and never heard of anyone painting a cake, I received it in like 3 days. I sprayed water through it as it says to see if it works properly, And it did, Then I tried it with water based paint and it worked great, I adjusted it for different patterns, And did everything I used to do when I was painting motorcycles like 20 years ago, I took it apart to clean it, And to see what was inside, To My surprise It is metal, Not plastic like I thought it would be, When I first held it, I already knew it had to be well built. It has some weight to it Then after I took it apart, I knew I had a good airbrush, So if you're looking for a good airbrush, This is one of the best you can get for the price, Actually I would say, for the price it's great, I've painted car's, Trucks, motorcycles and just about anything else you can think of, for over 30 years, I would have loved to have had one like this back in the day. After I use it with real paint, I will update my review.

My new favorite tool! Great for fixing burn thru marks and small pain defects in auto body. Painted a truck and trying to fix a run I burned through the paint and this little guy saved me from repainting the whole panel. I prepped a small area and this air brush did the trick. Very good little air brush. I can see myself using this for a million things. I did get an inline regulator and rigged it up- I highly suggest it if your using it on a regular air compressor vs an air brush one. I suppose if you have an airbrush specific compressor you probably don’t need one.

Being a modeler I have several airbrushes. Most have nozzles that are 0.5mm diameter or less. While I can spray primer with a 0.5 mm I wanted an 0.88 mm to lay a little thicker an wetter coat to get that smooth finish. I also wanted an airbrush that I could try spraying a 0.004 micro flake through. I didn't want to spend a lot of money in case the meraiflake gummed up the brush and it headed for the trash. Finally, it had to be a pistol grip (personal preference). This airbrush is a pleasant surprise. For the price you get a package that includes the brush, 3 nozzle/needle sets (0.3, 0.5 and 0.8 mm), an air hose and more. Be Nozzle changes are extremely guick and easy with self centering nozzles that just drop into the tip. Needles are appear to be good quality. The one quality issue is the plastic tail. The threads feel like they are interfering with the body but there is no signs of wear yet.. I make sure not to over tighten. Functionality the brush works welll. Full disclosure, I have only sprayed with the 0.8 nozzle. I can not speak to the 0.3 or 0.5. As far as what I wanted the airbrush lays down a decent primer coat and Mo of lake will pass through the nozzle. I just have to keep working to get everything correct for flake. I am pleased with this purchase.

This is a very nice gun especially for this price. My only issue was that it’s meant mor for larger areas rather than very fine lines. I didn’t know that when I bought it and thought I wasn’t doing something correct so I emailed them and was told that this gun indeed is meant for spraying larger areas and I might want the other gun they Then he did something totally unexpected and told me he will send me out their other gun at no charge. Even though I wasn’t looking for a free gun he sent it out anyway. And I was totally sold on this company. This gun shoots like a more expensive gun at a very low cost. Although I still love the feel of the trigger gun, just remember that it’s not made to shoot very fine lines. I will definitely use the trigger gun when I shoot primers and large areas. Get this gun, you won’t be disappointed!

This one worked lucking I bought two and one did not work. So far nice and wish I had an air brush sooner. The old variations is a 5 star So the first variations of this worked fin i loved it. Lasted for a while then wore out so tried to get a new one. Now I have to change the review as this new one is horible. It came all messed up the nozzles where not in their tubs so I have no way to know what one was what and the cup was out and scratched up the airbrush. Now that I have used it this thing is terrible. The design if the cup is the worst thing ever. The hole is so thin the paint struggles to go through it and dried so easily due to such a small space. This means you have to thin it to near water consistency which is terrible to us. This also makes it a pain to clean.

Stopped working, did everything to clean it. Works great the first week.

This comes with loads of extras and seems to work great. I am using for airbrush application of coats of acrylic paint with one of those small hobbyist 1/5 hp compressors. It doesn't seem to mind somewhat thicker paint, even using smallest needle. I think the swappable paint pots in several different sizes will come in handy. Some reviews claim the back piece of this (black extension on back end) is plastic, but it is not, it is just metal that is colored black. I am new to airbrush and the trigger configuration this uses seems to me WAY easier than traditional airbrushes, with their sliding button that requires contorting your hand and is very tiring.
