I should have paid more attention to the other reviewers in regard to noise. It really is very noisy and I would not want to use it when I most need it, in the middle of the night when reflux tends to occur or when having a coughing fit causing breathlessness due to my lung condition and need to sleep upright; it is loud enough to be heard through the house in the quiet of the night.

At last I can rest in comfort; this item is easy to set up, I'm disabled and was able to do it on my own a bit at a time, just remember to have your weight on the mattress when inflating/deflating; it works a treat an as I can't breath properly lying flat this has filled a need. Don't hesitate to buy it, well worth the money; I now sleep in bed, not crashing out on my recliner/riser chair,:-D

I sent this product back. It was most unsatisfactory. It lost air during the night and ended up flat in the morning. It was so noisy as well. The neighbors even commented on the noise.
