Not impressed!!
I bought a used one from amazon hoping its just the one which usually customer returns and this should be in good condition. However,- The package was missing the central bit which has brand label and black in color. It looks bad without that.- The central aluminum pipe looks cheap material.- The outside plastic body looks ok, nothing great about it.- It does the job so no issue from that side.As I have already fixed it on the all after 3 hrs of drilling so I do not want to return it, but given a chance and had I not fixed it, I would have returned it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE. I would rather go for alternative like Hozelock auto rewind which are in same price and brand new you would get. Also the central pipe which is visible in Regau is consealed in hozeock so better looking.

Easy to use and well made
I bought this particular hose because it looked better than the others and I thought it might be more reliable. It does work very well so far and was easy to install and appears to be well engineered. The only issue were the instructions which read as though they had been written in Bulgarian, transalted into Chinese and then back into English. Anyway there is no need for instructions as it is all pretty obvious!
