Enough room for my 11 lbs Pomeranian. True to the color and sturdy.I gave 3 stars because I feel deceived. The price said(still) $65.69. Exclusive Prime price.Unfortunately I did not noticed that the price changed from $65.69 to $72.99. I contacted Customer Service for an explanation. As per the supervisor the carrier cost is $72.99 and the $65.69 is for new Prime member. I explained to the supervisor that the announcement says "exclusive Prime price" and not for new Prime member. She offered a gift card of $7.30 for my inconvenience. She also said something in regard of using my concern in future meeting for price clarification. She even thanks me for been in good standing with Amazon. She then went back that the price for Prime member is 72.99. She never gave the gift card, which wad not the issue. My issue was I feel deceived.Unfortunately I don't have time to return the carrier since I am traveling soon with my dog .I am very dissatisfied with the explanation given to me.I know now to watch careful for prices in Amazon.
