The best cold or hot pack on the market! You can't go wrong. It's soft against my skin (no barrier needed), does not get damp from condensation, clay mixture inside stays evenly distributed, can be shaped around any part of my body, stays cold a very long time if stored in freezer, overall a great product. These Core packs are the best I've ever used or seen, and I recommend them to everyone, including my patients! The bigger they are, the heavier they are, so keep that in mind. But the stuff inside doesn't shift around like in other packs, so the weight is much easier to deal with. The capper for swaying you to buy this brand is that you can also heat it in a microwave and it's just as good hot. The clay filling still stays put how you shape it!
