Easy to set up and use. No issues connecting. Perfect size and portable. Volume gets nice and loud. Mike picks up everything even if far-ish away. Purchased to enhance my Bible study bc we often have 1-2 people who can’t make it in person and want to join remote and just a phone on speaker or FaceTime was nottt cutting it for group discussion with people sitting all over a living room. This has been a high-quality and good value solution!

Works great for portable teams calls and in group settings. Great sound quality on both ends of the call. Definitely recommend instead of using built in speakers and mics for group calls where more than 2 are in person around a small table.

I bought this for Teams Meetings at work, the participants on the line say the sound quality is great. It blocks background noise and still allows for everyone in my office to be heard when they talk. Easy set up and decent battery life.

UPDATE: Dropping this down to 1 star (from 5). After about 2 months of use, I am getting reports of people hearing a high pitch sound coming from me when I am speaking. The speaker is also starting to crack. For the first month or so, the audio was fine both the mic and the speakers, but the quality has seriously diminished and is now unusable over USB or bluetooth. I originally bought this when my microphone on my computer stopped working after installing windows 11, but now this has failed too (tried it on another PC and cellphone and sound quality is garbage on all devices now). Original: When my company upgraded my computer to Win 11, somehow my microphone stopped working, assuming drivers, and since I spend 3/4 of my time on teams call, i needed a solution. This AirHug speaker/mic has been great. It is small enough where i can bring it with me, loud enough where I can use it in a conference room as the speaker for the room, and the mic picks up everyone, but not a lot of the background noise (or at least no one has complained). It comes with a travel case, which also holds a charging/usb-C cable which can also connect it to your computer. It works just as well over the cable as with bluetooth for calls on my phone and teams on my PC. Getting it to work with the computer required ZERO setup, just plugged it in and it was recognized as a microphone/speaker and bluetooth with my phone took less than a minute. I had chosen this one because it was one of the more inexpensive speaker phones that could connect via usb and bluetooth, but I am super happy with the purchase!

I should have got this years ago. I have a thin client and have struggled with phone sound quality. I hate wearing ear buds or headphones. This speaker and microphone did the trick. The sound quality is great and the microphone works well. My co-workers have said the call quality is improved. Only reason for 4 stars is I can not adjust the volume higher. I hope this lasts because I am very happy with it.

This has been one of the better purchases I have made this year that I can confidently say has improved my life. Working remote and being in Zoom meeting 2 - 3 hours each day has challenges of its own, but I did not realize how much wearing a headset was irritating me and causing fatigue and headaches. After watching a few YouTube comparisons, I settled on the AirHug 01. I have to also say that the minimal look is appealing to me, it sits right on top of my HP G5 docking station and is a perfect fit. The size, ease of volume control from both Windows and via the tactile buttons on the speaker itself have made adjusting volume so much more easier than my wired headset. The size and portability are a great plus that makes it versatile for working on my desk all day or if needed grabbing and taking with my laptop around the house or outside if I need a break from the home office. The protective case that it comes in is durable and makes it easy to pack for travel. I recently brought it into a conference room for a few of my team to join a conference call and it proved to work great with the ability to place it in the middle of the conference table and have everyone heard ... it was a real benefit. -- After some initial hiccup with audio quality, I contacted support and they immediately got back to me for troubleshooting tips related to my Bluetooth settings within Windows and pairing. Ultimately, support was able to resolve my issue and I have to give glowing praise to the level of patience and support they provided and how quickly and professionally they have responded with post sales support. Overall, this has made a big difference in improving working from home for me. I no longer have to switch on and off the headset and deal with wires.

Awesome product. Worked exactly for what we needed it for which was utilizing zoom in a group setting. Made it so people on zoom could hear everyone very well and people in group could all hear the zoom people.

This worked fine for about 8ish months. The bluetooth connection was never really steady even with being right next to the laptop but wired there were no issues connecting, volume was good, noise reduction was great since I WFH. But in the last few months I've started having issues with it dropping sound, turning off randomly when not in use, and now it won't even stay connected while actually on the phone! Barely lasted a year and I'm annoyed I'll have to find a replacement.

Happy with product good sound quality

Its a very good product. Value for money. Good calling audio quality and noise cancelation. I would recommend this as a cheaper alternative to Jabra Speak 510 or AM-W45. I have them both. The only downside is music quality is not good. But thats a small tradeoff for the call quality, form factor and flexibility
