Been using this for a while now and it seems to work great. Easy to put on would suggest putting socks on over it when you go to sleep

As a person who’s always looking for simple ways to unwind after a long day, I was intrigued by the idea of a product that combines detoxification and relaxation. The patches came with clear instructions. Each patch was individually sealed, ensuring hygiene and ease of use. Applying them was a breeze—just peel, stick to the soles of your feet, and let them work their magic overnight. I wore them overnight, and the sensation was gentle and comfortable, not intrusive at all. By morning, the patches had darkened significantly, supposedly from the toxins they absorbed. What stood out most for me was the relaxation effect.

Can't say I dislike them, as the process of washing and drying your feet, then preparing the patches to stick on the soles of your feet quite therapeutic, didn't seem to draw as much out as seen in pictures, but that might just be me. ( pure 🤣) I also found that, I found myself a bit unsure of which side was supposed to be against my foot.

I bought these with some reservations as I didn’t believe it would work but it does. I sleep better and while sleeping the pads have done their job. The only reason it received 4 stars and not 5 is that they are quite awkward to use. Removing them is quite a challenge as the adhesive is very sticky but I suppose it has to be in order to stay on your feet. These are placed under your feet and secured with the tape provided If toxins were found and removed the pads will turn black. Wash feet first and dry feet thoroughly before using the pads.

So good that they are on repeat buy.

Comfortable to put on and does it's job.

I saw the detox foot pads on FB (another brand) and, as someone who believes in Asian medicine, thought they were worth a try but I was very skeptical that they would help me. I chose this brand as they had the better reviews and were a lot cheaper than the FB advertised brand. I have just finished day 3 and each day I have woken up not feeling tired and have energy all day. I can't remember the last time I hadn't needed to take a nap throughout the day or woken up feeling refreshed. The patches stay on me feet all night and they really do come off black in the morning. My hubby has now said he may try them as well. Highly recommend.

Delivery took far too long. The product came with the patches in one bag and large adhesive strips in another. Not very easy to use as the strips curl up when you peel off the backing so makes it tricky to stick the detox pad to. The pads have to be placed the correct way up with the shiny side to the tape as they are one sided. The strips did not secure well and came off most nights on the corners but that could just be the at that I sleep? There was a mild but not unpleasant smell and one morning there was a sticky black gooey part around the edge that stained the bottom of my foot and wouldn’t wash off but other than that one day they didn’t really seem to have any affect. Would not buy again.
