Great so far — no issues, and easy to take
I've been taking these Ceylon Cinnamon capsules for a little while now and haven’t run into any problems. They go down easy with no aftertaste, which I appreciate. I mainly got them for the heart and metabolism support, and while it’s too early to say if they’ve made a big difference yet, I like knowing I’m taking a more natural form of cinnamon (Ceylon, not cassia). I also like that it’s made in the USA, GMO-free, and gluten-free — all positives for me. No side effects, no stomach issues — so far, so good.

Seems to help with blood glucose levels a bit
I bought this to see if the claims about helping to control blood glucose levels were true. I haven't used it long enough to make a definitive statement, but it does seem to help at least somewhat. There aren't any cons to taking it as far as I can tell, and the scent is slight but pleasant.

Ceylon Cinnamon Extra Strength Capsules
I just started taking these capsules so I won't be able to share blood sugar results but these capsules are easy to swallow and have not bothered my stomach I will continue to take them and update the review the next time I have lab work.
