Useless
I really don't rate this..maybe am.using it wrong but this has done nothing to make my sleep.on planes or on a coach trip any more comfortable. I personally would not recommend it. I believe its useless!

Comfort with Good Support
My old neck pillow's clasp broke after years of use. I'm glad to have a nice soft, yet supportive neck pillow again. The front clasp provides good lateral support when I fall asleep. It keeps my head from leaning too far to the left or right, which keeps me from waking up with neck pain after a good nap in my lift chair.

Nice but a little bulky
This is comfortable, however, it is a little bulky than what I need. I am a short person and feel it does keep my head up, but feels a little like a neck brace.

No Bliss, No Sleeping
I needed a travel pillow to nap in the car from the hospital appointments. This pillow doesn't stay in place and I frequently need to adjust. Sigh. My husband went to a gas station and bought a generic one that looks awful, but works as it should.

Comfort at an outstanding price!
I can't believe I waited to purchase this. Sitting in my recliner after work day after day and constantly keeping my head upright was causing discomfort. Now I can scroll on my phone, watch tv or fall asleep with no discomfort at all.

Not the best but not horrible
The clasp to hold it together Broke very early on. The support was good but it was too bulky and hurt my neck. Shape wasn’t bad just didn’t really work well for me. The material is nice and soft.
