I've been trying to find a car seat cushion that was firm enough to give me some height to see the road better and not raise my legs so high that my knees hit the steering wheel. This car seat is the perfect answer to both problems. I lowered the seat of my car a bit to make up for the extra rise of the pillow and settled in to the most comfortable cushion I've ever found. It is firm but not stiff, doesn't move around when I enter and exit the car, and has completely solved my problem. I didn't fasten it to make it permanent because sometimes my husband drives my car and the additional rise wouldn't work for him as he is taller than me, but the cushion stays in place for me.

This cushion isn’t exactly comfy, but it does provide support, and prevents tailbone pain. I wouldn’t say it provides “relief” though.” The pad is also very thick so it boosts you up. I wish it was more of a memory foam.

I drive all day at work and this helps so much. I tried several before sticking with this one. I’ve had it several months and it’s good as new. Our seats get worn out quick at work, the seat gets very worn on one side and then it affects my hips. This keeps me properly aligned and feeling good.
