Well made and comfortable. I have never purchased a neck pillow before because the horseshoe styles look bulky and uncomfortable. But this one looked better because of the smaller part that fits behind the head. I used it on a 17-hour flight to Australia. It was soft and supportive and customizable to whatever inflation level you like. The hood also came in handy when trying to sleep. It was easy to deflate and store away in the carrying bag.

I’m so in love with this travel pillow! This is the 5th style of travel pillow /head support that I’ve tried. None of the other designs come close to how wonderful this one is. It provides great, comfortable support so that you can actually sleep without your head bobbing all over the place. The air adjustment nozzle is easy to reach when you have it on, so you can let out small amount of air as needed to make adjustments for the difference in air pressure as you gain altitude. It is inflatable, so it fits in my coat pocket instead of taking up space in my carry on bag. The fabric is soft and comfy. And the hood is fantastic! Throw a set of earbuds in your ears, put this pillow around your neck, pull the hood over your eyes and check out of the world around you. I’m not sure what about this pillow design is so much better than others, it’s something about the little neck support piece in the back, but it’s fantastic. Seriously, I’m so happy about this purchase!

This inflatable travel pillow has held up on multiple flights and use in hotel. Side pillows are comfortable with adjustable firmness depending on air content. The bar-like part in the back is ok, relies mainly on airplane seat for comfort. Cover is removable for washing. Folds easily into its own pouch.

The product was just as advertised; a quality product! It’s very functional and inflates/deflates easily. It’s not bulky and easily stores in the pouch—will be a breeze to travel with. I cannot wait to use it on my upcoming trip. My first shipment was missing the earplugs and case, but an email to customer service was promptly answered and a replacement was immediately shipped. True customer service, the way it’s supposed to be! Highly recommend the product and the company.

The packability is great. After two 8 hour flights I was unable to make it sit comfortably to keep my head from moving. Better fit for a man than a women.

I loved this neck pillow! I have never had a good experience with any of the many pillows I have tried in the past. This one is a game changer! It is very comfortable, doesn't push my neck forward, isn't too tight around my neck/throat, compactable, easy to inflate, super soft, and has a hood! My ONLY thing was that it did deflate a tinyyyyy bit during my long flight, but nothing a small breathe of air didn't immediately fix. Highly recommend this product!

Finally made it to Japan, the 13 hour flights are NO JOKE!!!!! This is a Must have, not only can you inflate it to YOUR desired pressure, it has a hood, so you don't need eye mits and it deflates easily, not sure what kind of gadget they built in, but it's almost Vaccum seal type of defaltion...

This looks like a great product. An inflatable head and neck rest for flying that is designed for different positions. It inflates and deflates easily with a well designed air valve and has a cowl to cover your head for sleeping. I really wanted to like this product, but it is bulky and cumbersome and did not ever hug my neck properly for support. What’s more, when I did finally get comfortable it was so bulky that it knocked out my EarPods. Back to the drawing board.. I would buy the next version if they can get the design better.

Ho acquistato il cuscino FLOWZOOM AIR per un viaggio lungo in aereo e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. Il gonfiaggio è rapidissimo (bastano 2-3 respiri) e la valvola consente anche uno sgonfiaggio facile e veloce. Il design a forma di H sostiene benissimo il collo senza farlo cadere in avanti, cosa che mi succedeva sempre con i cuscini classici. Il cappuccio rimovibile è un'aggiunta molto utile: ripara dalla luce e mi ha aiutato a dormire meglio. Inoltre, il tessuto è traspirante e la federa si può lavare, cosa che apprezzo molto per motivi igienici. L’ho usato anche in treno e in auto e si è rivelato sempre comodo e pratico da portare con sé, grazie alla sacca in dotazione. Consigliatissimo a chi viaggia spesso e cerca un supporto cervicale davvero efficace!

Habe einige Zeit nach der für uns "besten" Form und Funktionsart (Luft oder Schaum) recherchiert und viele Rezensionen gelesen. Das Kissen von Flowzoom schien unsere Kriterien am besten zu erfüllen. Also erst mal eins bestellt und zu Hause im Hochlehnerstuhl getestet. Vorteil ist, dass der Hinterkopf durch den niedrigen Quersteg Platz nach hinten zur Rückenlehne hat und nicht nach vorne gedrückt wird. Der seitliche Halt ist durch etwas mehr oder weniger Luft gut einstellbar. Der Kopf fühlt sich sicher und bequem fixiert an. Der Bezug ist flauschig; keine störenden Gerüche feststellbar. Die Packmaße sind konstruktionsbedingt klein und nehmen im Handgepäck wenig Platz weg. Insgesamt haben meine Frau und mich die Konstruktion und Verarbeitung überzeugt. Deshalb haben wir noch eines nachbestellt, damit jeder eines hat. Wir hoffen, dass wir nach der nächsten Flugreise noch die gleiche positive Einschätzung haben.

J'ai souvent voyagé de longues heures avec plusieurs types de coussins et jamais je n'ai pu dormir dans des positions confortables très longtemps. Ici, avec ce coussin, c'était juste magique. Après un total de vol de 20h, je n'étais pas incommodée, j'avais réussi à bien dormir en le plaçant de manières différentes. J'ai fait plusieurs longs voyages en train et en avion avec ce coussin sur une durée de deux semaines et je suis réellement hyper contente de mon achat. J'en rachèterai clairement un autre le jour où celui-ci sera abîmé par le temps. Il est très pratique, car on peut réguler la fermeté en gonflant plus ou moins le coussin, on peut le mettre dans différentes positions et c'est juste génial. J'adore aussi la pipette de gonflage/dégonflage car c'est hyper rapide. En trois souffles mon coussin était déjà gonflé et en même pas 5 secondes il était dégonflé. Il vient avec un chouette accessoire: la capuche que je n'imaginais pas utiliser, mais qui en fait est très utile, c'est bien mieux qu'un masque pour les yeux. Le produit vient aussi avec sa housse et des bouchons pour les oreilles, le tout emballé dans une jolie boîte en forme de valise avec un petit passeport pour les instructions (super touche marketing). Bref, je recommande vraiment cette petite perle que chacun devrait avoir pour un voyage. Rapport qualité prix au top!

Ich habe das Kissen sowohl im M, als auch in L. Ich finde die Größen sehr passend so wie sie auch vom Hersteller empfohlen werden. Mein Mann kommt gut mit L zurecht, die Kinder und ich mit M. Das Kissen ist sehr schnell aufgepustet und lässt sich ebenso schnell auch wieder klein machen, um es platzsparend zu verstauen. Wir blasen es zunächst komplett auf und lassen dann beim Tragen ein wenig Luft ab. So kann es jeder individuell anpassen und ausprobieren wie es sich am besten anfühlt. Der Kopf wird gut gestützt und man hat nicht wie bei anderen Nackenhörnchen das Gefühl ihn ganz schief legen zu müssen, weil das Material zusammengedrückt wird. Viele Kissen fühlen sich zwar weich an, geben aber viel zu stark nach. Das ist hier sehr gut gelöst. Das Kissen fühlt sich kuschelig weich an und auch dann nicht hart, wenn es voll aufgeblasen ist. Auch finde ich es schön mich unter der Kapuze verstecken zu können. So stört es mich nicht, wenn ein anderer Reisender mit Licht liest oder sich mit dem Smartphone beschäftigt. Abgesehen davon fühle ich mich nicht so beobachtet und werde einfach in Ruhe gelassen. Der Bezug ist flauschig weich und fühlt sich wirklich gut an. Leider war bei einem Kissen eine Naht nicht richtig gefasst. Der Kundenservice ist aber vorbildlich. Eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin antwortete schnell und schickte mir Ersatz. Da kann sich manch einer eine Scheibe von abschneiden :-) Herzlichen Dank dafür! Fazit: Ich würde das Kissen wieder kaufen und kann eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

Ich habe das Kissen jetzt auf mehreren Reisen genutzt und bin echt positiv überrascht. Es stützt den Nacken richtig gut, vor allem weil es vorne geschlossen ist – der Kopf kippt nicht ständig nach vorne oder zur Seite. Gerade im Flugzeug macht das einen großen Unterschied. Man kann die Luftmenge individuell anpassen. Außerdem lässt es sich super klein zusammenrollen und im Beutel verstauen – nimmt im Handgepäck kaum Platz weg. Der Stoff fühlt sich angenehm an und kratzt nicht. Außerdem ist er abnehmbar und waschbar! Das Kissen kann auf mehrere Arten genutzt werden und ich denke, so gut wie jeder kann damit bequem sitzen. Für längere Flüge oder auch Zugfahrten für mich definitiv eine sinnvolle Investition.
