The bin is unobtrusive and looks stylish. I had an issue with the lid after a few months and contacted the customer service on the 9stars website. They were quick in responding and I received a replacement lid in no time. I am positively impressed. I recommend 9stars products.

This bin is excellent. The automatic lid opening and closing are exactly as hoped and the added option of using the buttons to keep it open is very useful. The bags are hold in place well. The only draw back is that the bin isn't fully intact. When cleaning, the water runs out the bottom, so it has to be washed outside.

I couldn’t find a tall bin that had 3 compartments. Then I came across this one that was taller and not as wide. The two end compartments are an odd shape and you have to wrap the top of the bin bag around the plastic compartment holders which is a little fiddly. Not sure the sensor is necessary and doesn’t really add anything but it’s a neat feature for the kids to play with. However all in all happy with the bin.

Bought as a gift as we already own one - very good product and looks super smart - as much as a bin can!

The bin is easy to empty and set up, however I now flap my hands aimlessly over any bin with a lid, expecting it to open for me.

Good size recycling compartments.

Looks good and the automatic feature is enjoyed by all, the three compartments are fairly small but still great for splitting the recycling.
