i purchased this for my post op care after a tummy tuck and it did exactly what i needed it to do. i typically wear a medium but because of the swelling i bought a large and it fit so comfortably. i have used the large for 3 weeks and now i have to buy a medium because it’s reduced my swelling by that much! don’t let the low price fool you. it’s comfortable, the quality is great and i’ll continue to buy this until i nolonger need it.

This doesn't have a lot of elasticity to it that you will have room to play. As a result you get more of a 'snatched' effect, which of course, is what you want. Very nice feeling material and doesn't look cheap. I would suggest buying one size down and use the included extension piece. This will allow you to 'grow' into it, especially if you're on a weightloss journey. Because as you gradually will need to adjust your size down, getting to where you don't need the extension, you'll still have plenty use of it with the adjustments on the trainer. But you will want to allow time to put it on- a lot of hooks and without the elasticity, it's like wearing a corset from the 18th century. It doesn't move while wearing either like done others. I haven't experienced the rolling up or down when bending over or sitting like what you tend to experience with the ones that have more stretch/ elasticity. This really 'locks' you in. With that being said, it will be visible under certain skin tight clothing like bodycon dresses, etc. It's excellent to wear with jeans and other pants because like I mentioned before it doesn't roll up or down at the top or bottom, even when sitting. For me, this is a great buy. I recommend.

On Big Purrrrrrr,baby when I tell u this trainer is the best one I have ever purchased,it's a must buy I ordered a medium on purpose because I know it came with a extra extension,this is the best trainer I have bought ever it's so comfortable,the material is bomb,so soft,it doesn't roll up,it's everything u want,a must buy my good people😘.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the sizing chart. According to the chart I should have ordered a 3XL as I have a 39in waist. I took the advice of the reviews and ordered an XXL since it was supposed to come with an extender, it did not. However, I was already able to comfortably get into the 2nd row of hooks and it's still not very tight. Honestly could have sized down even further. Once I get to the last row of hooks I will reorder a Large, possibly even a medium. The trainer is very comfortable to wear standing and sitting and I have no issues breathing.

I chose a size (XL) just at my waist limit. It fit very snugly yet comfortably on the . and there were 3 smaller sets of buckles that I hope to eventually reach. A very nice addition was the inclusion of a separate buckle that would allow me to use the corset if I had misjudged my waist size.

I ordered this according to the size chart. I actually got it a size smaller. The largest size it should fit was a couple inches smaller than my waist. It arrived and even at the tightest setting, it was way too loose. It did not offer any compression and at the top it was too wide to even come in contact with me.It does seem well made. The materials feel nice and the construction seems very good. Unfortunately, I can't tell if it works well because it's way too large.

This waist trainer is so comfortable, it doesn’t roll down and I love how it comes with an extender just in case it doesn’t fit. 10/10 recommend

Full honesty, I’m a 46 yo male with a dad bod who decided to do drag for Halloween. I can’t have a beer gut in a hot dress so I took a chance and ordered this waist trainer to suck things in. The quality is great unfortunately the size chart is way off. Based the chart and my waist measurements I should order a 3X. Insulting but whatever I’m a man so maybe that was correct. It was huge! I decided to order an XL and a L. The L fit in the last set of hooks. I then tried a M but that was wishful thinking. It was too small even on the largest row of hooks. Decided to keep the L and can’t wait to shock everyone with my Halloween costume! This waist trainer is great for the price. Well made and definitely sucks you in. You just need to try a few sizes to find what works.
