It's 1:00 a.m. and I just finished reading this book that I started today after dinner. I couldn't put it down. That's the way it is with every single book in this series by Guilia. So extremely funny and entertaining. Each story is so uniquely written that you are happy with each new character introduced. I'm already counting down the days until the next release. Thanks Guilia, keep them coming!

Wow what a surprise this book was so much action and angst ! And Fox no more weeds and raccoon’s 😂.Mercy and Chase so funny and loving but poor Chase what a unusual storyline but loved how every thing works out !

Another awesome book! Love these guys so much… give Asher a happy ending please. Nothing else to say… not sure why they make me write an exact number of words! Lol

4 ⭐4 🌶️This series continues to provide unlimited laughs, giggles, sighs, and over-the-top entertainment as it progresses. As one of the "new guys" we met with Chase earlier in the series, this was his time to shine. He is sent to the jungle to rescue kidnapped Doctor Mercy. There is an instant attraction in Lagomarsino fashion, but then the "problems" hit. In the form of OPS, particularly the guys. In their usual hilarious manner, things go through their ups and downs, pranks, hijinx, and a bit of surprise. It all amounts to another hilarious, madcap, and fun adventure of flying bullets, wild beasts, explosions, and a whole lotta spice!

This was an amazing book. It addressed so many issues. I was hoping Asher would stay. Maybe next book!!! I love Giulia's work.

This is Chase and Mercy’s story and from the very start Ms. Giulia takes us on a wild ride. Chase and his team are sent on a mission to retrieve two doctors, who are a part of Doctors without Borders, and are being held in the jungle by militant guerrillas. But on the way to the extraction point the group gets separated. Chase and Mercy are on their own. Their chemistry is off the charts but Chase knows he has to get the ailing doctor, Mercy, home. But once they are home and the doctor is on the mend, Chase returns home to OPS, knowing she’s better off without him. But staying away wasn’t possible. But when he returns, so do their troubles. Her apartment building gets blown up and once again Mercy and Chase are on the run. But from whom and why? Believe it or not, this is just the start of the book. From here their lives and their storyline take on a bunch of crazy twists and turns you’ll never see coming.In true Giulia storyline fashion, I laughed, swooned, cringed and feared for the couple and Chase’s team. The storyline is full of action, romance, suspense, and thrills. Another outstanding book in the Owens Protection Services series. If you haven’t started them, Oh My Goodness, all I can say is you really need to. They will keep you intrigued and entertained throughout the series. As for this reader, I can’t wait to see what happens next.2 Thumbs Up and 5+ Stars

I had to read this one twice as I blew through it so fast, that I knew I needed to go back and re-read it all.As per Giulia's witty brain, this book does not disappoint. It has so many twists and turns from the very start of the book.Chase and Mercy are thrown together as Chase and team are there to rescue both Mercy and another doctor. The guerrillas' that kidnapped them are holding them maybe for a ransom, but Mercy has no idea.Chase gets Mercy out and together they are running through the jungle. Mercy has a medical issue, but Chase has no idea as she isn't sharing.They end up getting lost and finally get rescued but no before Mercy gets really sick.Chase feels he has let her down but also has developed deep feelings for her. He leaves her at the hospital and goes back to OPS. After some time, he realizes he cannot be without her and goes to find her.There is an explosion at her apartment and her and Chase are plunged down a few floors. From there, Chase is sure someone is after him and they go on the run.This book had lots of action, suspense, and plot twists that I never saw coming.Again, this is a must read.

This is the eighteenth book in the Owens Protective Services series, and it is a wonderfully wild ride with Chase and Mercy. From the beginning you are thrown into the action as Mercy and a fellow doctor are in the jungle working with Doctors Without Borders but sadly, have been taken and held captive by guerrillas. Chase, along with his team, are on the hunt to rescue them and bring them home. What should be a simple extraction becomes complicated as Chase and Mercy get separated from the team and are on their own until they can find a way to make contact and set up a new plan. These two have chemistry that could light up a city. Their banter is on point and will make you laugh. Mercy is a tougher than nails woman who has been through some challenging times and has come out stronger and better for those obstacles. Chase is Mercy’s match, but will he get out of his own way to claim her? Ms. Lagomarsino has once again delivered an outstanding storyline filled with drama, suspense, action, and plot twists that will have you gasping. She also brings attention to some real-life medical concerns making this book entertaining with an educational purpose. I recommend this book and the rest of the series.

Always expect the unexpected with this author. Well that’s what I always tell myself.This book had lots of action, suspense, and plot twists, I did not see coming. I couldn’t believe my eyes as everything unfolds. My jaw was on the floor. So buckle up for another wild, bumpy ride with OPS guys.Can’t get enough of this series. I’m addicted! I tried to drag my heels reading, but still ended up reading quickly.
