Nothing like the pictures.
The company clearly cut a branch off. But it wasn't a good branch. 😕 The branch is halfway broken in the middle. I'm just hoping it's the actual plant and it won't die in a week. (FYI To The Company) Adding 1 stick isn't enough to protect the plant. Maybe 3 or 4 to survive the trip....

Waste of money
I was sent a twig with no explanation of how to plant etc. So I let it sit in a wet paper towel and soil it was sent with for a week. Then I planted it and watered it thoroughly. The next day it was dead. Waste of $35.

Not old enough to thrive.
Unlike the illustration, the plant was still very young, it died a few days later.
