Product started leaking after only 5 months. Seller would not honor the two-year warranty that was clearly stated on the box. A waste of money.

I absolutely love the convenience of this product... at least when it comes to using for heat application. The fact that this product, in its inactive liquid state, can easily wedge into any nook/cranny/space is one of my favorite features. No electric cords/outlets needed for this heating pad, and it heats up faster than anything else I have ever experienced - generally about 10secs. Drawback - prepping the pad for us can require some work. Boiling the heating pad is required to return it to its inactive state so it is ready for its next use and I did not realize that in boiling, you must work to prevent the heating pad from touching the bottom of your pot for fear of it melting the plastic if it comes in contact. Product packaging recommends suspending a large towel inside of your boiling pot, but my first attempt found the towel wicked the boiling water up and out of the pot. Fortunately, we already had a 10 gallon pot with steaming rack for seafood, so this did not become an issue for us on second attempt, but be sure to plan for this as your average 4-6qt pot will not do the trick. Not sure how many uses to anticipate out of the product, and I know I will be saddened when it's reaching its last leg, but dozens of uses so far and it is still just as effective as Day 1.
