Transformers Vol. 2

What an amazing series! If you’re on the fence about reading these books, I say jump that thing the whole thing is perfect.

Volume 1 was certainly very good, but Volume 2 improves on it in every way. This book is an absolute blast all the way through with a story I couldn't put down and art I couldn't stop looking at. I have 0 complaints for Volume 2 and can't wait until I can read Volume 3. This may sound hyperbolic, but this may be the most fun I've ever had reading a comic book series. I highly, highly recommend the Skybound comics to any Transformers fan or anyone interested at all.

My 13 year old daughter loves transformers. She was super happy to find a comic to read. She said it gives decent info, and she can’t wait to read more. The pages were nice with no tears. The price is okay. She extremely excited for the release of Vol 3. She likes to re read it in her spare time as well. The illustration is nice as well.

The artstyle is beautiful, but I'm a bit confused on why the artstyle for the eyes (on the humans) in particular changed. Other than that, the quality of the book itself is amazing, it's easy to read the text due to the decent page size, and I love how this continuity is going in general.

Its amazing just like the first volume it has sad, exciting and wholesome moments overall just as great at the first volume, shockwave is amazingly hateble and its just amazing read this Comic if you are a TRANSFORMERS fan.

Really good

Awesome book, loved every second. The last couple of books in this series were packed super well with plastic slip covers to prevent damage while this one just showed up in a Amazon envelope. Good purchase just don’t expect mint condition or a way to protect it if that’s what you’re into.

This story is going places. Can't wait to see where it goes next! I love seeing these new renditions of familiar characters. Optimus and the rest of the cast are characterized perfectly. It's new situations but their actions all make sense for what they've all been through and are going through here.

Geschichte ist toll erzählt, ein Ereigniss folgt dem anderne und dennoch bewahrt man als Leser die übersicht. Nachvollziehbare Charaktere und die Transformers selber wirken sehr menschlich. Der deutlcih dreckigere Look als bei IDW ist erfrischend eigen und wiedererkennbarer Stil. Ich bin gespannt wie es weitergeht. Angenehm wenige Referenzen zu den anderen Serien aus dem Energon Universum

I know this is a product review, so I gave it 5 stars because the comic itself is awesome. I started reading a while ago when it first became published via the issues, but then fell behind and decided to buy the volumes instead. Really enjoy the story and the art (although I do find the odd panel is confusing to understand, but there's so much the artist has to cram in), but then I love anything Transformers, just gimme more. The thing I will complain about is the lack of protective covering it was sent in. It arrived in a cardboard envelope, one side of which was wet through, and the comic itself was just bare inside, not even in a plastic sleeve. I was lucky the water had not done any damage. Especially since the doorbell cam recorded the delivery driver literally dropping it on the wet porch step. We were in, so it didn't have to sit there for very long. But c'mon - treat this comic with some respect, put it in something waterproof. Someone else might not be so lucky.

Just as awesome as the first volume but also alot more deeper. To anyone curious about the franchise, this is the way to start.
