Best book I ever bought!
Love this book! I am a fan of COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)I went to a CbT therapist once a week for 10 weeks! Fantastic therapy and the journal is fun and informative and gives you little exercises to do that helped. E understand the workings of our brains and how to sort of rewire your brain to think differently! Highly recommend it!

Awesome
Amazing product! It has everything that I so desired. As a millennial I use heavily my phone for anxiety and panic, and thought processes, and this, helps me to have something other than my phone. Plus my phone won’t die and I feel happier without always looking at the screen.

Short but informative
Well written, lots of good info, but I have found other books to be more informative.

Amazing
This book is amazing. I have an anxiety disorder and it has helped me challenge my thoughts so much- there are lots of activities inside and really novel ways in explaining thought processes and changing a situation. The fact that it is interactive and grabs your attention makes it really effective. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has anxiety, stress, depression, wants to change their thought patterns or is struggling with any other form of mental health.

For everyone
This is a brilliant interactive book for anyone who thinks that having good positive empowering thoughts is more useful than feeling fearful, grumpy or gloomy or is open to be persuaded by that view. Granted sometimes both types of personality might get on your tits but overall life is easier with enthusiasm. I completed some of the exercises some 5 months ago and was delighted to read them back to kick start my January 2019 goals. 17 goals actually, which the experts tell you is wrong because it lacks focus. My view is that I never have a day in which I am not working towards a goal. When you have 17 to go at, there is always a way to move forward on something. For anyone who might be unconvinced by CBT I urge you to try the exercises in this book. When you look back later you will see how far you have come. Ideally we would have a buddy to work through this with. However, it works perfectly for self study, providing you do the exercises, as it is then a great shortcut to read your own notes and get back on track. I am aware that CBT is a great therapy if you are lucky enough to have somebody to guide you. My advice is get this book, do the written work, reach in and then reach out. Good luck. It is now July, so I can now confirm that I have surprised myself in a number of different changes but I am not going to explain the detail casually because I tend to show rather than tell. You didn’t just drop on to this book. Somebody told you about it. Please repay that faith they have in you.
