I used a measurement tape measuring the material length one end to the other. The circumference is 23 inches with about 1 inch play of elasticity. Unless your a 15 year boy with a waist measuring 24 inches or less - DO NOT PURCHASE this. Worthless. It says stretchy material - NOT. Like I said, it gives about 1 inch of play, thats it. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Great support and pulls out the package nicely. Just wish the straps were wider as they twist easily. Also wish the straps were adjsutable to make them tighter.

Exactly as listed... be careful when handling, kinda gets a little confusing when it tangles

I love this company but this item, as great as it looks on, tangles into a frustrating mess after removing them. I have a preference for minimalist clothing in my role as sub and these looked right up my alley. I don’t know if it is the material or the design (maybe a thicker cock ring?) would help prevent the tangling. I like these but I found them impractical.
