Excellent watch to keep track of kids. Good quality, worth the money. But wish the screen was more sturdy. Hope they revert back with a solution and help out.

Very disappointing experience. Within just three weeks of purchase, all location-based features stopped working. I contacted customer support, followed every troubleshooting step, and even replaced the SIM card, but nothing resolved the issue. The watch has neither been picked up for inspection nor replaced. For a premium-priced product, this is unacceptable—especially when its core function is location tracking. The advertised 5-satellite positioning is meaningless if it fails so quickly. Overall, poor reliability and equally poor after-sales support. I would not recommend this watch.

I purchased IMOO Z7 watch for my daughter. This watch is very strong and sturdy. Far better then other watches. 100% water proof. When I bought this watch the first experiment i did was kept it submerged in a full glass of water for one whole day to test it's water proof quality and it passed very well. Because earlier watch of other brands got damaged due to water. Call functions are very easy. Important to note that :- Control over the watch - IMOO App provided complete control over the watch to the parents like Child can call and receive call from numbers you want and it rejects the unknown numbers. Video call can be done through aap. Location based tracking:- It shows the actual location of kid and It also shows the route wherever kid goes, of last few days. App also provide the other useful features also like software update, class mode, child fitness, health, schedule power on off and etc. Overall this watch is Fantastic.👍 After sales service is also Fantastic. I got this for my 10 yr old son and he has been using this for about a month. Pros: 1. The App interface is good and allows the device to be configured remotely. 2. The device can be configured to accept calls from specific number only while the rest of the calls are automatically blocked with notifications I the app. 3. Voice calling: this feature has worked seamlessly 100% of the time till date without any glitch just like normal cell phone. The watch functions as a speaker phone when call is received with a privacy option I which volume is automatically reduced. Calls from the watch are also seamless and easy to make. 4. Batter last for almost a day and half with moderate use. Cons: 1. GPS location tracking: although the watch has a gps tracking feature which can be tracked from the app, the usability is not always smooth. 30% of the time the app is unable to locate the watch saying network in the area is not good, but voice calling feature works seamlessly. May be some issue with the Internet connectivity with the device server. 2. Video calling: this feature is equally unreliable as the gps tracking feature, again may be some issue with the apps central server or connectivity. This is observed even when you make the call with watch right next to you in well connected area. This is a serious shortfall. Video call whenever gets connected has pretty good quality. Although I must mention my son went out of town couple of times and gps tracking feature worked seamlessly throughout the trip. This is at best a cellphone for you kid, to stay connected. Updated 16.12.2024: I have replaced Jio sim that was initially using with VI sim and all the cons mentioned above are no longer present with the VI sim. The GPS tracing feature and video calls all work 95% of the time with VI sim.

Good Product, using this with a GoMo SIM, which required the APN settings to be manually imputted. But once the correct settings were applied the watch resolved the time sync and messaging issues. Price seemed reasonable, and my daughter (age 10) is really pleased with it.

The watch doesn’t connect to the network after every 2 - 3 days, hence rendering the watch useless in tracking or calling. It’s basically unreliable. It’ll can’t say whether it has better network connections with higher models, but the Z1 just sux
