Sizing was a little confusing but after I read it I was able to select the correct size. It wasn't as tight as I feared it would be which is a good thing cuz actually didn't want that. All in all I would say this was an excellent choice especially if you've never had something like this. Got this for my daughter's wedding so that I might not embarrass her with my bulgy tummy.

As a guy who's 6'3" 240 I like to wear these underneath my work clothes because I feel more confident even though it may look like a stuffed sausage in a shrink tube the feels are what matters. It even makes my moobs look presentable. Highly recommend!

Love this garment I have recently lost 125 lbs and it helps me hold everything in place while Im still losing ! I had bariatric surgery and they wpould be great for those clients.

This is weighta good item for the price.I had been considering a slimming garment for some time, as I am a bit overweight and out of shape, but didn't want to dive into some of the expensive ones if the concept wasn't for me.The pros of this item: it will slim and shape somewhat, but don't expect miracles.This is going to take ten inches of your waist or anything. I haven't broken out the tape measure, but there was a perceptible difference in how my jeans felt/fit around my girth. It does help with posture a bit, but not like a back brace. It is nice and light.One con I found is a combination of my body and how the item is designed. I do have, well, shall we say less than toned under arm and upper chest areas. As this is a tank top and the seams run along the side of the torso in that area, wearing this for prolonged periods (i.e. all day) I noticed a slightly chafed feeling to that area, likely from the subtle movement of the seam or garment edge over the skin as you move and go about your day. Next time around, I may be looking at something in a t-shirt style or one that does not have that seam. I may try wearing it inside out, too, to see if that helps.This was overall a good purchase for the price, when this type of thing can run 5x the price or more.

Doesn't really slim, you just look like a tightly wrapped sausage (and the fabric makes it look like the casing is split). Definitely not designed or functional for "slimming" managing any fat at all (even love handles just look wrapped. Wouldn't buy or recommend.

The product actually seems well made and not just a piece of junk. However, if you are thinking this is something that is going to support ANY flab, look elsewhere. I am a big dude and didn’t expect a miracle, but I was hoping it would give a little control to my belly. Unfortunately, as soon as I put it on I knew it was just a thick tank top. Didn’t lift or really do anything other than function as an undershirt. Maybe if you just have some small issues and want a little smoothing it may be worth a look, but I doubt it. I would not recommend but I will restate, this was not a piece of junk, it was at least a decently made tank top.
