Was easy to set up came really fast. Has so many features I have not been able to figure them all out. This is a well priced watch and is comparable to some high end watches. It looks and feels great. Screen is crisp clear and responsive. Highly recommended.

I purchased this watch for my daughter after the Fitbit watch failed to provide the necessary information such as her stress levels, a larger face for those with visual impairments and overall better operating performance for someone who has visual and physical issues. Love these watches. I work in water often with my job and have had no issues. I love the tracking and the watch works well for gym sessions too. Wish the black on the watch body was darker but overall they're great. Looks clean, comfortable and lightweight. Charger broke for my last one so chose a color I like more this time around

Great price point. Service was excellent when I had a problem, which was quickly resolved. Accessories give you color and for options. The app is very easy to use for health tracking. Happy with this purchase.

I was looking for a replacement for my really old Fitb!t Alta HR. After looking at many options, I am very happy with this smart watch! - the screen brightness is easily adjustable and able to be seen during bright sunny Florida summer days and dim enough to not wake me during the night. - step counter is accurate ~ I wore both my Fitbit and this for 2 days, and looked really silly, but the watches were within 100 steps of each other. - the activity tracker is perfect. The watch face I chose has a total step count as well as a little rainbow to show me how close I am to my daily goal. I get reminders every hour to log steps. - it is LIGHT and comfortable! I didn't realize how heavy my fitb!t was until I put this on. - my main concern was the size; i have a petite wrist and was afraid this would look clownish. Not at all, this watch is a great size. I have a 6.25" wrist and can still tighten the band 4 more notches -it's easy to start, pause, stop a workout (I like to time my walks.) - the alarm function is nice. It can make a sound as well as vibrate to wake. - there are many free downloadable backgrounds for the watch face. -battery life is great! Out of the box at 97% and it lasted a week before I needed to charge. - the included band is nicer and more comfortable than I expected. It's a soft silicone... not sticky or cutting if that makes sense. Easy to adjust and take on/off. -I love that I can get calls / texts via this smart watch! I'd say 20 yards is the max distance you can be away from your phone for it to receive calls/texts. I also get calendar reminders on the watch = A+! - waterproof!!! Yes it is!! I've worn this in the pool many times and so far so good. Theres even a feature to "get water out. " -the magnetic charger is easy to use and align - the value for the price is fantastic!! I'm very happy with this purchase. -i do wish more bands were offered, this 22mm size is hard to find. - the app won't sync to the weight watchers app. VeryFit does sync with Google Fit. - the sleep tracker is not accurate. When I lay down, it tracks me as sleeping .... but I am laying in bed watching Netflix 👀 -I had a difficult time deciphering the difference between all the versions of this brands smart watches. This ID208 seems to be one of the newest which is why I chose it.

The watch design is stylish rememsent of more expensive brands. please ignore the jewelry, the watch does not come with jewelry its sold separately, but even without the jewelry the watches appearance is conversation starter The design is nice but one of the main reasons I purchased this watch was for the health monitor features etc, but unfortunately the accuracy of vital monitoring are inconsistent for example my heart rate and steps were either over estimated or under estimated during various physical activity's Connecting Alexa was a bit frustrating I had to go through the required steps multiple times before the connection was successful, additionally importing contacts was also disappointing as the watch only imported a limited amount of numbers some of which I don't use often A positive aspect, the watch can make and receive phone calls simply install the corresponding app and follow the steps, it's nice that I no longer have to fumble with my phone during multitasking errands, call quality is good no need to pay additional costs for cell service Screen quality is decently clear, and crisp, not as clear as some watch brands but nice enough it's pretty bright outdoors, as for durability? the watch is pretty durable able to withstand normal use, though I have never dropped or scraped the watch against a hard surface to know for certain that it can survive a serious scrape etc. Charging is pretty straight forward the magnetic charging cable is included in the packaging, battery life isnt bad the watch last a few days for me on a full charge around four or five days Conn if you have allergies and or your skin is sensitive you may want to consider getting a clear cover for the censors as the watch censors may cause skin irritation, I experienced noticable skin irritation and discomfort while wearing the watch which forced me to stop wearing it prior to applying a clear cover Would I recommend this watch? If the health monitoring capabilities, and overall functionality are important you this watch isn't the best you can get at this price point there are several affordable smart watches popping up on the market today that offer better performance, budget friendly doesn't have to mean poor or mediocre performance anymore.

Great watch. I have had it for a while. No issues with it. The heart rate and sleeping apps all work with my alexa. I like the app and all the free items you get. Great customer service.

Was super easy to connect to. Has a comfortable fit, intuitive UI, and all of the health tracking features seem to work great. The app has a VIP option; but is free. No subscriptions required.

Great value simple to use watch that connects to the Strava app. I have recently taken up running and didn’t want to purchase an expensive branded watch which was complicated to use and had far too many functions. This one is just great - it tracks my runs/walks which get uploaded onto Strava. It’s own app is so easy to use and completely free in terms of all the extra functions. The colour is on trend - I have had many compliments. I am now considering buying it for my mother and teenage daughter- it looks the part too! Very impressed.

Update (July 7, 2024): I have used many watches like this and all had a feature to update the firmware. I never, ever received a firmware update before this watch. It actually updated and fixed the one thing I didn't like (the snooze feature)! Yay! I am adding the extra star for this! Now my favorite watch. -------------------------- I got this FitPolo smartwatch when it was listed at $24, a very nice price. It is almost identical to my go-to watch. It looks good, very apple-ish. It has the 'stem' button that turns on the screen, takes you to the features or, when held, calls up Alexa. Awesome! You can make calls from the watch via an on-screen dial pad. You can answer calls on the watch. You can read headers to your emails, and most of a text message. You can set quiet time so as not to be disturbed at night. The usual wake-on-wrist-turn is here too, with the advantage that it turns off when you put your arm down. You can set how long the screen stays on. I am almost a week in with the watch and I still have 44% left on the first charge. A feature I really like is that you can do many things, like setting new alarms, right on the watch. All other models I have used required that you use your phone to do this. One feature this has that my other watch does not, is a snooze feature. Some might like this, but I find it a problem. The issue is that pressing the stem button is snooze. You have to look at the screen and select the right button to turn the alarm off without snooze. I suppose that really wakes you up, but I would like the option to disable the snooze feature. There are many, many faces to choose from both free and paid. It was easy to pick out some I love. The strap is a traditional watch strap. I would swap it for a velcro sport strap. This is a well designed watch well worth the $50 listing. Since it also had a $15 coupon, it was outstanding! Nice!
