These pills are huge. Once you get past that, they work well. I have less cravings, eat less at meal time and snack less as well. I don't know if I've lost any weight but I like how they control everything else.

If you have trouble taking pills, this is not for you. Other than that it has worked for me, I have a huge sweet tooth and this has helped with cutting down my sweets intake. I have experienced no bad side effects.

I was skeptical at first, but I've been using this for a week and already can tell a difference. I'm less snacky, I get full faster. I'm definitely going to continue using for a couple of months to see how well it helps with weight loss (I've lost 2.4 lbs in a week!). The tablet is easy to swallow and doesn't have a bad taste. First, these pills are gigantic. Second, they taste pretty blah. Third, the recommended 2-3 per day is a lot for the small amount you get per bottle. I feel like they work sometimes and not others, depending on what I eat. The bottle itself is easy to open and close. I probably will not order more of these.
