Update 2025: This clip has been filled to the brim with cards, cash, receipts, etc. and stepped on by 300 lb. not so gentle men, cycled through industrial washers and dryers, slid across rough, rocky cement, doused in chemicals including bleach and industrial floor cleaner, and even run over by a car (I won't admit how many times). If I divide TWICE the cost by how long and how much pounding it has withstood, it's a fraction of the cost of a lifetime warrantied well made hammer, and nearly as durable. Recommendation: get one for you and one for that friend/family member you know with the wallet that annually wears out just before they get one as a gift. Get two or three for them if they need it. Then they can start getting presents that they really want. Update 2024: This has been my BEST clip ever (after several broke in various ways) and I've used it non-stop since December 2018! Pictures are of it empty (practically same as I received it) how I normally have it, and the fullest I've had it (about 8 business / credit cards plus cash plus tracker). Yes, it's gone in my back pocket often, but no, it isn't usually uncomfortable unless I'm sitting on cement leaning back No, it's never chipped, broken, or even warped (see pictures) Yes, I usually have the equivalent of a half dozen or so CC in it plus several folded cash bills Yes, I would say this is a great value, and I'd even pay $30 if I knew about it's EXTREME DURABILITY when I bought it No, it isn't heavy, and even though it feels very light, it still is rigid enough to feel "premium" Yes, there's a "woven" look to the material that is not captured on photos well, and yes, it looks "premium" not "fake" No, I can't say if the customer service is good or not because I've NEVER had an issue in OVER A HALF DECADE **No, I was not compensated in any way for this review, and no I'm not an "influencer" or professional reviewer or anything of the sort.**

Best money clip I have ever owned. Light, durable and takes a lot of bills and doesn't loose elasticity or grip and doesn't stretch out.

This clip is legit! I have had multiple metal money clips and none has performed as well as this carbon fiber clip. Lately I’ve been skeptical about the quality of items on Amazon, but I can honestly say this clip is a high quality clip. After months of heavy use, I have not noticed any “memory” in the clip, where the clip loses the ability to grasp a few bills after holding a bigger wad of bills for a long period. Also, the clip is super light. At first, I was concerned, equating its light weight with low quality, but that is not the case. I have heavier metal clips, but those heavier clips tend to have more of that “memory” I described earlier. I am very happy with this clip. It’s light, it looks good, it works well, and doesn’t lose its grip after holding a wad of bills for a long time.

So I've tried quite a few money clips over the years. All of them metal before this one. I have to say the carbon fiber is a huge improvement. It holds a ton more cash, and it doesn't feel all scratchy when you pull the money out like it does with the metal ones. I'm a bartender and can end up with a decent stack of bills at the end of the night even after changing all the small stuff back into the change drawer. I was having to carry 2 of the metal ones with me to fit it all, but this one easily does it on it's own. Picture shows it stuffed with 18 bills, 4 cards, and my bus pass, and the other one shows it snaps back to FULLY closed no problem, and I've been using it since 2019. It can fit a bit more, that's just all I had on hand right now, and I still trust it with even just a bill or two in there. It's incredibly light and holds up really well. I've had the finishes flake off on some of the metal ones before. I've had some fancy ones with copper inlays get wet and the copper started corroding and leaving green marks on the bills, usually the metal ones start to not hold as well after a while. Honestly wondering if it's a BIFL thing. I wasn't expecting it to be at all, I thought it was going to be gimmicky and was expecting to hate it which is why I forgot to review it for so long. But here I am over 3 years later seriously impressed. When I was using the metal ones I was always left wanting and shopped around for something better. I haven't thought even for a second about looking for something else the entire time I've had this one.

It was inexpensive but it just looks cheap and fees like plastic. Got what I paid for.
