Terrible company/service /
Ordered grill thru Amazon. After one season and before the warranty ended the igniters would not work. Contacted Bull and they said amazon and it’s partners are not authorized sellers and won’t honor warranty. Hmm. This is a company issue and as an end user I should not be forced to figure out a defective product no matter who sold it To me.

Decent but overpriced and underwhelming
Despite having plenty of cooking surface, this grill doesn’t cook as evenly as I expected, leaving me to figure out how to balance the hot/cold spots. The shelf rack is flimsy and won’t hold much weight without bending. My temp gauge broke after my first use, but the replacement works fine. The main grilling racks are sturdy, but would be better if they were coated in ceramic. Overall, the craftsmanship wasn’t as good as expected for a grill that costs this much. I’m glad that I bought it on sale. It’s not worth buying at full retail.
