I'm 61 & have Hammer-toe on the two toes closest to the small toe on my right foot. ...this caused a callus to form at the end of one of my toes. Every step felt like somebody putting a lit match out at the tip of my toe. I was limping. I do tree work & am on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day, mostly bucket work... I also have very wide feet and a height instep.. I wore corrective shoes as a kid... I am self-employed and wasn't looking forward to the downtime and expensive surgery due to lousy health insurance I can hardly afford.... I was just looking for something to get through to surgery in my off-season and found these through online research. I recommend buying the three toe style as your practice set.. You can always trim it down to one ring.. try it with all the three rings first. With three rings, hammer toe pain went away, but this did not work for me, as it started to cause a bunion on the side of my foot. I trimmed it down to two rings, and the results were amazing.. I trimmed it down to one ring, and results were improved, but not great... so I trimmed another one down to two rings and wore that .... I also upped the game by buying some hero orthotics on Amazon... also in combination with Orlos 12 hour shift socks... also recommend new balance with aftermarket orthotics if you have wide feet... I've been wearing this for over two months.....I no longer dread walking and go through the entire day with no foot pain... I don't even think about my feet, walk straight and am comfortable... for me this is a minor inconvenience to put on and may not do surgery at all unless things change in the futureI love how soft and comfortable these are. The only problem is the toe rings are way too big for my thin, long toes so they don’t stay in place very well, even with socks and closed shoes. They would be perfect if offered in a size small. One size does not fit everyone and is designed with larger feet in mind, (men’s larger feet). For reference, I only have one toe that needs help and I wear this on my middle toe to support the toe next to my little toe on my left foot. If you have larger feet, these would most likely work very well for you.

This toe seperator I had bought 3 months back and this is repeated order to keep stock in spare...Earlier my toes were getting due to sweat in sports shoes during morning walk during humid condition. I wrote this review a few months ago. I wanted to hive you an updated review. I no longer have to have hammertoe surgery because this product has stopped all my pain. I still have a hammer toe on my right foot, but when I wear this device I no longer have any pain. I wanted to let you know that one day I lost it and found it in my dryer. I found that the material that it's made out of stretches out and doesn't feel as comfortable on my foot. What I found out was that when it went through the dryer that the rubber went back to the original shape. The material that it's made out of will pull out of shape after about a month and the device will slip on my foot. So after it went through the dryer I found that the heat put it back in its original shape. So what I do is every night when I take it off I put it under the hottest water that I can have and I find that the device goes back into its original shape. I put it under the water for about 5 minutes. This is very important because if you follow my directions you can buy one package and it can last you a long time. Before it went in the dryer I found that I was having to replace it once every month. Now that I put it under the hot water the rubber will shrink back into the original shape. But if you don't want to run it under hot water every night to get it to go back into its original shape you will have to use another one every month because it only lasts for about 30 days if you don't put it under the hot water.**** If you want to stop your hammer toe pain, you need to buy this now! I'm going to have hammer toe surgery at the end of July and I'm so thankful to have this. As soon as I slipped it on my right foot I no longer had any hammer toe pain! It doesn't slip at all and I can fit my foot in my shoe easily. It feels so comfortable on my foot.

They were really easy to put on, they definitely spread the toes out but I didn't feel the product spread my toes out that much, more like maintaining the spacing between my toes, which gives more comfort while walking. It is designed with 3 slots for middle toes spreading the big and little tow a little.
