I was disappointed in the book as i was hoping to read more about the actual herbal remedies and dosages , quite a lot of what is written is understood already by many.

Could have printed this off computer. Someone making money out of this book. Very disappointed

Not what I expected at all. Lack of information and quite basic.

I don’t even rate it for a star. AI driven dribble, fast facts with no depth. No recipes, nothing but words, easy to find anywhere. This so not Barbara O Neil but the use of her name to get buyers. Nothing holistic about this.

For £23 pounds would have expected more than just a few chapters of printed textNo photographs of herbs ,no recipes no real instructions..not worth it at all..maybe for £5

Right off the start it's definitely not what I was expecting. If you are educated in the herb world don't bother buying. By the cover of the book I was hooked into buying this with a load of information on herbs from around the globe. Big letters say - Big Pharma companies don't want you to know. That also caught my eyes. Went through the whole book . Nothing that caught my eye that had me on the edge of my seat. If I had no experience with herbs yes get the book. I will likely give it away as a gift one day. This is why I've given it a 2 rating. I hope this helps future buyers.

I loved this book because I have been changing my lifestyle for months for a healthier and more natural one, thanks to this book I can improve and deepen this in my life, I have learned new things and I also feel much better about myself.

I have never heard of Dr. Barbara, so I decided to get this book, because i'm interested in natural medicine. This book is full of natural remedies, the herbs to use, and what ailments they are used for. I have gotten quite a few books on natural healing and this book is really good. It not only heals physically but also mentally.
