I like that this supplement doesn't try to pack a bunch of ingredients in like other supplements. I can dose better when I'm not dealing with repetitive ingredients. This is easy to take. It seems to help my joints. I like that it isn't expensive.

Capsules are sized right for easy ingestion. There is a very slight scent, but no flavor when taking. I like that black pepper extract is included, that can help with absorption. Altogether a decent choice.

I took this for about a month and saw no noticeable difference. However, the anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin activated by black pepper (bioprene) have been researched by several institutions. I see no negative side-effects I think this is something I'm going to stick with for a while to see if I see improvements in joint pain or other areas. Having said that It's unlikely that someone taking such supplements can objectively quantify the benefits because they are likely to be subtle if any.

Easy to swallow. Tons of benefits. Great value. And now a part of my daily vitamin/mineral regimen. I reading about all of the benefits, I will continue to purchase these.

This supplement contains only 3 ingredients, 1000 mg of Turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids), 300 mg of Boswellia serrata and some BioPerine black pepper for optimal adsorption. All 3 ingredients are in good proportions which is awesome. If your looking for a no filler, straight to the point Turmeric Supplement, this is a good one to try.

I've been taking Curcumin supplements long enough to tell if a product helps and I floated through this bottle with no noticeable improvements. This one is the typical 95% but I do like the recommended 1 capsule twice daily on the label. Overall it's an okay supplement at a reasonable price.

I'm glad this supplement is made in the USA. That said, it provided none of the promised benefits (for me, anyway) that it claimed in the product listing. No supplement, being unregulated by the FDA, can claim to cure or prevent disease, so they use language like "support" joint or bone health. The value for the money for me was just not there.

Clean ingredients for just a dollar a day works for me! I’m a fan of this brand and appreciate just the minimum to get the job done.
