This computer was awful. The keyboard functionality broke just after 1 month. Cheap. Do not buy!! And if you do the only give you back 1/10 of your refund due to a 90% restocking fee.

Good Value
Very timely shipping and damage free. I love that it has a separate number key pad. Perfect for my personal documents and emails. Also came with lifetime Microsoft Office.

Great computer for the price.
The computer works fine. It is bit smaller than my previous HP laptop and the keyboard does not have the same function keys of my old computer. For the cost, this computer works great - and I can learn to work around the keyboard function changes, although there are a couple I really miss. But, this computer came with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows 11 already loaded on the computer. For the price I paid, compared to comparable computers, this was a steal.

Product not as represented...
This laptop offer claims to have "Free Microsoft Office 2024 Lifetime License", but came without it. I contacted the seller and they sent me instructions on how to get the license. I followed their instructions to the letter, but it didn't work. I contacted them again letting them know that it didn't work, but they have never answered me back. Frustrated, I ended up buying the Office 2024 lifetime license. Thus the 2 star review... very poor customer service on a mis-represented product. I do like the new laptop, but I miss the lighted keyboard.
