I’ve had these for three months now and they’re still holding up!

I like using these, my physical therapist recommended using these & I love the different band levels in different colors so you never confuse yourself, there is a band from extra light to extra heavy. It’s a good way to Challenge yourself to work on/meet your goals/build strength.They are also easy to use!

These bands are good quality and a great value for the price. When I received my ordered I did not have a medium band, but rather two heavy resistance. Customer service was great and was able to help resolve the issue!

I found that incorporating these bands into my routine added an extra dimension to my workouts. By incorporating them into exercises like squats, lunges, bicep curls, and lateral leg raises, I was able to intensify each movement and feel the burn in ways I hadn't before.

Poor quality or design flaw? Regardless the band should not have snapped and flew up hitting me in the face less than 2 months after purchasing. Disappointing bc I love resistance bands in general.
