Product it good but it was not left in letterbox as driver put on here, he actually handed it to me in person!! Why do they constantly do this????!!!

Overall a very good product, delivered quickly and well packaged.Didn't have any defects and all pieces were smooth with well cut edges.However some pieces did have slight warp but nothing that prevented them being used. I assume this occurs to varying degrees in most of the plywood bundles available online.

Have purchased smaller quantities in the past with poor results and assumed I just had a 'bad batch'.I recently purchased 100 sheets to fulfil a project which needs to be completed by the end of the month but am not able to produce the desired quantity.Each sheet was intended to yield 1 set of puzzle pieces but more than half of the pieces were not cut properly and had to be scrapped.This meant that I have had to mix and match pieces to make complete sets and because the thickness of the sheets varies quite a bit (3.65 mm to 4.15mm) each set now has inconsistently thick pieces.In total I have laser cut 75 sheets so far which has yielded just 35 sets of puzzle pieces.This is a scrap ratio of 14:11 (56% scrap/44% good).Effectively, each set is costing £2.85 instead of the expected £1.33.I can't fault the surface finish. Most of the sheets have an incredible finish and would be suitable for most craft projects but I would certainly not recommend for laser cutting.

Bought to use with my new Xtool M1 10W laser. Cuts cleanly in a single pass at 2mm per sec and 100 percent power.

Nice and clean, cuts nicely, well delivered no corners missing. Very pleased.

Good quality and well cut with no flaws

Have ordered a number of times in the past 24 months. Usually great. We laser cut Christmas baubles this time of year so volume is bigger and seem to be having more wastage and having to recut. My last order of 100 sheets had a few bad ones and I thought it was maybe a bad batch. Recently ordered another 100 and still getting mixed results. Some sheets cut all the way through. Some partial. Some hardly at all. All three pics taken of reverse side of material after new mirrors and clean lens. Same batch of material.
