This remote was an excellent selection for my Sony Bravia 4K TV. I love it, there no problems programing this remote to the TV. The connections were perfect. This remote handled changing the TV APPS smoothly and changing between the HDMI’s slots for the Amazon Fire Stick or the Sony DVD Player. The design of remote and the replacement value was worth this purchase. As for the battery life, I currently can’t give a response to this yet because I just got this remote.

Received the remote in good condition. At first it had trouble connecting to the TV, but the support team guided me and it connected successfully. Now it works well with my Sony Bravia. Good support and good product

I ordered this remote on 22nd december they sent defected wrong remote which is not working properly, so i returned it on next day . Package is returned and it is with the seller still i didn't get my refund money. the seller keepon postponing my refund due date.such a worst experience i am facing and even amazon customer care is also not giving proper response.
