This has been an excellent monitor arm and holds my 32” monitor with no issue and no sag. I firmly believe it could hold even more weight without a problem. I bought this to replace a cheaper monitor arm that would slowly drop over time and had constantly annoyed me. I debated against this one versus a more expensive variation from the same brand as my monitor. From photos, this one looked nearly identical in every way with similar specs and I’m thrilled I went this route. The price is very fair and well worth the cost for the value. Last, I’m very happy with the way it looks on the desk. It’s very minimal, with squared off edges (which I prefer over round), with a classy matte finish to the metal.

Astounding range of motion, flexibility, and tilt angle, impressive weight capacity, a bit expensive (I got mine on sale, thank God), ridiculously sturdy construction, easy to assemble with high-quality parts and screws, and rock-solid stability if you tighten the, uh, "clamp" screws down. Works like a charm with my Alienware AW3225QF and even came with an adapter plate so it's VESA-compatible. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

Flimsy! I spent all day cleaning my space and rewiring everything and once I was ready to mount my monitor…. The screw for step 5 was stripped and will not go in unless I removed the plastic washers they sent with it. I just got my ultrawide $2k monitor and I do NoT trust till arm will support it. I better return it rather than be sorry. Feels heavy, feels well made but once I got to step 5 that screw simply did not work. I will never buy anything from Thai brand ever again. How frustrating to spend all day to enjoy my monitor and not be able to lol

Bought two mounts for a 32 inch curved monitor and a 34 inch curved ultra wide monitor. Work great for my limited desk space. The clip installation is also great to have. Avoids any unnecessary drilling. Installation was easy, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a mount.

EDITED to 4 stars: I had to tighten the adjustment bolt with a force as if I was trying to break it, and now the sagging is gone. Updated accordingly! ALMOST good enough. The assembly is solid, the functionality is there, the mobility is there (360 swivel), BUILD QUALITY feels great. It however, doesnt support the weight of a Samsung G9 which has an expected weight of 23-29lbs through full range of motions. If you put it at the top, it will sag. It doesn't quite fall, but it still isn't fully adjustable with a monitor of this weight. This came so close but missed the mark.

awesome monitor arm, my samsung odyssey g5, ultra wide 34" used to sag with my previous arm but this one supports it like it weighs nothing. breeze to install. the only thing that could be improved is the cable management that doesn't use any screws so kinda useful but if you pull on the cables a bit the brackets to hold the cables can pop out. it's not a problem once you've given it enough cable length but it makes the setup a bit annoying. also you can't screw/unscrew the desk clamp while the arm is on the base so put it in position before placing the arm

This arm is heavy and sturdy. It doesn’t wiggle or lose its orientation due to your screen’s weight. It’s incredibly stable. It’s also easy to assemble. I was able to add a 3rd screen in portrait style to complete my setup and use 100% of the room I had. It comes with all the tools and screws you need. Would buy again.

Disgraceful awful product. The component that attaches to the screen for tilt is designed with a spring that doesn't work. Tightening or loosening does nothing. I never return things, but this is awful. Been troubleshooting for an hour. Design flaw. Look elsewhere. Absolute waste of time.
