Invaluable
I bought a copy of this to use as a reference while writing my Master's of Science Thesis. I would highly recommend this to anyone working on a similar project (this is not just a science specific text). I have a couple other style and technical writing manuals, but this is the most useful research writing reference by far. The great part about this text is that you don't need to spend hours poring over it before taking away useful advice and practices; I was usually able to answer my immediate questions and find a path forward from 15-20 minute intervals of reading. This allowed me to get more writing time in and produce pages that honored the overall structure and objective of my research I'm grateful for the amount of time this saved me, and believe that quality of my writing is much better for having come across this. Do yourself a favor and get a copy right away.
