Wouldn't buy again.
Very useless if you do not have a way to keep the gate from being pulled the wrong way. Needs to have a way to prevent wrong way usage or it just gets ripped off the pole. So, unless you train everyone that the gate should only be opened in one direction, this is useless.

Work smooth but bolts broke off after six months of use.
Follow up review. I’ve used these hinges for about six months and last week the three bolts holding the top hinge to the post snapped off flush with the post. The gate was barely moving so I was surprised they broke. It’s a shame because I liked how smooth these hinges worked. But my gate is a little heavy for them. I had to add a spring gate closer to ensure the pool gate always closes. I think they would work perfectly on a lighter gate. Mine is an 36” wide chain link gate.

Great product and better Seller
I am very happy with these hinges as they made the gates on the fence surrounding my parents pool extremely safe along with a magnetic lock/latch. It offers piece of mind when my 2 year old is visiting them since there is no way at this point she could get to the water without an adult accompanying her since they can be adjusted to close no matter how slight the gap left when closing the gate. As for the seller, we had a little mixup on the initial order/shipment but they did an extremely quick and good job correcting it when it seemed to be more likely the Amazon Distribution Center that messed up but the fixed it ASAP. If you appreciate customer service then this is the seller for you.

Have to keep adjusting, eventually they broke.
We have these hinges on 4 different gates. We have to tighten the tension every month. The one gate we couldn't tighten anymore and it still wouldn't close. Then the spring inside broke altogether. We have another gate that we can't tighten anymore either, so it's just a matter of time before that one breaks. We haven't even had these for a year.
