Worked great for my wife’s bike that doesn’t have a traditional crossbar.

Really solid construction. Holds bike securely and easily mounted to a variety of different racks.

1-star for installation issues and failure; never got it fully attached to the roof rails, so can't comment about performance. Returned the product. Three issues with parts/installation: (1) One of the bolts had defective threading and could not accept the lock nut; a quick trip to the hardware store to get a replacement. (2) The parts list indicates 10 wing nuts are required, and they were included; however, these nuts are included in 4 steps of the instructions which require a total of 14 nuts, not 10. (3) The killer: one of the two ways the rack is attached to the roof rails is via 4 u-bolts in which the threaded tips are designed to stick up to pass through the rack and be secured. These bolts fit perfectly around the roof rails, but did not align with the holes in the bike rack, making it impossible to complete the installation. At least I didn't have to pay return shipping and should get a full refund.

I used this mounted bike rack last summer, the car/suv will need cross bars in the top to utilize it. It did well transporting a mountain bike when I went hill climbing, held the bike securely.

I was looking for a way to install a bike rack in the bed of my truck. This worked great. I had to install a couple of cross bars using some steel from Home Depot to attach the rack to, but it was done with just a drill and hack saw and a file.

I couldn't get one step into assembling because my box is missing an odd assortment of hardware required for assembly. The instructions are super clear and everything I did receive seems sturdy, but I don't know what to do with the floor full of unassembled stuff I have now.

Bought as a gift for my son and he loves it. Easy enough to install and holds bike securly.

The roof rack took a little time to figure out how to install but wasn't really that difficult. The threads on one bolt were a problem but were able to get it to work with vice grips. I have a an e- bike which is heavier than they recommended but didn't have any problems.

Le vélo semble bien fixé car il ne peut pas aller ni de l'avant ni de l'arrière, mais par contre est-ce normal qu'il se promène beaucoup de gauche à droite, que rien ne peut le stabiliser ?
