This is an excellent rotary cutter for a fraction of a Fiskar price and with 5 change out blades. Makes quick work of cutting through felt and fleece which is what I needed it for. I cut nearly three hundred pieces of fabric and was still using only the first blade so I am sure this will be useful for me in years to come. Blade locks in place when not in use which is helpful.

I purchased this for my 8-yr-old granddaughter to use (with adult supervision!!) because she is interested in sewing, and wants to learn to quilt. We had a couple of other rotary cutters already, but I noticed she had a tendency to hold them more vertically rather than horizontally. I picked this one to replace the others because it has the squeeze trigger that reveals the blade and then it springs back closed when released. It also has the safety button that keeps it locked when not in use.When we first opened it, I thought ordering it had been a mistake. The blade rolled with a jerky motion, and the the squeeze trigger didn't spring back when released. Both of these were solved by slightly loosening the knob that holds the blade on the body of the cutter. It cut easily then. I will have to see how the blades hold their sharpness over time and I will come back and update this review.The price is very reasonable compared to other "brand name" cutters.

On the first few uses, it seemed excellent. The cut is smooth and precise, and you can tell the blades are really sharp. The handle is comfortable and secure—no slipping at all. Plus, having 2 extra replacement blades is a big bonus. Perfect for leather, fabric, or paper. Great tool—highly recommended!

Works good on lining, but the shape blades doesn't, just on paper, so I feels disappointed because I bought for that purpose, so ended out buying a zic zac scissor.

The way the trigger works makes it very safe and easy to use

The delivery was great but the blades were not very sharp on the rolling cutter.
