I have used this supplement for many years (not this brand previously) and have them as part of my daily supplement regime. Having grabbed this brand, I have seen no drop in benefit, and they are great value easy to swallow tablets. These pills promise ingredients associated with positive effects, they’re easy to take, and well within best-before date, seal was intact.As with anything that’s not accredited and doesn’t say what manufacturer it’s made by or where (says distributor but that’s different), the consumer (we) sort of have to trust blindly what we’re told (and sold). I can’t say with certainty whether or not these pills work but I feel fine.Thoughts on health:The capsules are made of HPMC (E464, which is a synthetic material made from cellulose fibres - it’s also used in sauces like ketchup and mayo), and it should comply with most dietary requirements but it isn’t exactly natural as such.The ingredients of the powder include Korean Ginseng, which is associated with (not scientifically proven) a range of benefits but also side effects, so anybody considering taking this I would recommend doing their research and asking their doctor or pharmacist about any complications with other medication.

This is a very easy to take supplement with great benefits. On first opening, you can really smell the black pepper which I love and it just makes it feel all the more authentic. These have been great when I have been feeling a little run down as I feel I get a quick boost of energy and can cope a bit longer. Really easy to swallow and with a daily dose of just 1 tab a day, these are perfect for me

This package contains 180 capsules or 6 months’ supply (taking one per day). I like the fact these are made in the UK so have to adhere to our safety standards etc. They are capsule shaped, easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. The ingredients seem to be good and high quality, and I think the price of £9.99 is reasonable given you are getting 6 months’ supply. Recommended.

These capsules come in a screw-top plastic jar with a lid seal. Each capsule contains extracts from the Maca root as well as some Ginseng and Black Pepper. They are made in the UK so comply with UK laws and regulations. The number of capsules equates to a six month supply. To date I have not noticed any discernable difference in my energy levels but I have also not experienced any side effects. Will keep taking them at least until the supply ends.
