I like my SKOTTI but this smoker thing did not really work at it should. First the wood catched on fire...I tried to lower the fuel to get a lower burn but it wasn't working plus what I found the most annoying HOW CAN YOU ADD MORE WOOD to it when you have your pieces of meat and everything is hot???...I tried to use it as an oven with the SKOTTI bowl and it worked great👍 Overall I don't think if you want to use it as a smoker it doesn't worth the money.
