Ticks all the boxes. Only thing I'm not so happy about is that I know it will not last a year. I purchased about 2 months ago and it's almost finished. Will have nothing left by next month. This may be attributed to the fact that I sometimes have 2 or even 3 squirts. Even if I took 1 squirt per day, I don't think it would last 150 days never mind 365.The taste is pleasant - sweet, slightly tangy. Just wish it contained more. Need to get new liquid biotin.I can't say that I have noticed any specific benefit just yet. I'm taking too many things to attribute the improvement of my acne to any particular thing. My aim was to aid hair growth or at least minimise hair fall. My nails are stronger and growing instead of flaking peeling and breaking.Will be one of my vitamin staples.

I wanted to try this brand as it is half the price of the maximum liquid biotin which I normally use. Lesson learned - there's a reason it's too cheap. There is no way this holds 365 doses.

Spray mechanism broke on week one. Suppliment itself is amazing, bottle is cr#p. Using a pipette to take it now, defo will not last a year now.I only chose this option because it is sprayable, but it let me down.

I bought this in June 2018 to strengthen my crumbling nails. They did improve and my hair became soft and silky. After 3 months the pump stopped working (supposed to be a year's supply. Now Dec 2018 and my nails are crumbling again and my hair is coarse and dull. Have ordered again from a different supplier hoping for the best.

I keep this on my bedside so I remember to take it when I get up, it's like a little squirt of orange juice, very pleasant.It says to take upon waking on the bottle, not sure if that is important, but it's easier to remember to take that way so I follow that instruction.I'm using it as part of a multi-pronged strategy to improve my nail strength, so I can't say for sure how much effect it has alone, but it is well worth the cost for the piece of mind that I'm doing everything I can for my nails.

I use this to help me absorb B12 better. I take a stronger dose than on the bottle as I have neurological problems. A nice side effect has been my hair has started to grow back where it fell out years ago. Didn't happen straight away, I've been taking it for a while before I noticed the improvement. A bioactive form of the vitamin is more easily used by the body.

Spray bottle not working and the taste is not great there are better brands

Not really noticed much difference in my hair or nails. I don’t get much of this in my diet so thought this would have more of an affect.
