Great as far as they go but some issues
Treatment for tarsal tunnel syndrome. You get what you pay for and these are no substitute for the more expensive Slimflex Simple 3/4 Length Insoles - High Density ( Hard )orthotic insoles provided by my podiatrist. These are not as deep and after a few days use are showing some signs of material compression. The Slimflex ones look more or less the same as they did 18 months ago and are in constant daily use. Plus the covering on these, whilst intended to aid comfort, will rot quicker than the the insole itself and potentially be a hygiene issue. That said, they serve the precise purpose I bought them for. Not being as deep they fit into footwear that I can't use the Slimflex insoles in - espadrilles and flat trainers - and provide some relief for my foot condition. Always get proper medical advice when using medical devices, which is what these are, or you could make your condition worse not better, and these are not for people who do not have the conditions they are supposed to treat as they do alter your gait. On the one hand I'm pleased to have some relief in lower profile shoes. On the other hand I would not expect signs of wear after a couple of days so quality and durability are in question.Added: for those who have problems with these, please do get a referral to an NHS podiatrist, who will carry out tests and prescribe you a precisely fitting insole for your condition and foot shape. They will also answer concerns about discomfort using this type of insole. In my experience after years of being passed by GPs to the wrong specialists, a nurse referred me to a podiatrist, who identified the problem and solved it in 20 minutes. If you are self-prescribing, or following non-specialist GP advice, it is pretty much pot luck if this works for you.6 month update... despite initial concerns about quality and durability, these have lasted the course with regular use - several days a week. Still not in the same bracket as the Slimflex insoles but well worth the investment.

These used to be very good
I have tried lots of alternative insoles over the years, with varying results. I finally tried these out of desperation, expecting them to slide down my shoes throughout the day. Imagine my surprise when they actually relieved my plantar fasciitis and stopped my aching feet waking me up in the early hours of the morning.I buy two pairs at a time and they last about three months.I cannot recommend these enough.Edited 15/06/18I've bought thirteen pairs of these insoles since Sept 2016. I don't know if the manufacturers have altered the material from which they are made, but the last four pair I bought (in the last six weeks) have lasted less than a week. It might be that my feet have become unsuitable for the insoles, who knows? It's a shame, as now I am back to the same old problems.

Excellent orthotic insoles
Very good insoles. Feel well supported for my dropped arches. Thought Id be conscious of the 3/4 length but found I forgot about it very quickly. Will likely order more for a few different shoes/boots.

Wouldn't attempt to go without these now
Husband has had very severe plantar fascilitis. Used the "boots" at night (purchased from Amazon), so we were not willing after two years to go backwards if we could help it. Have bought these as a second pair of insoles, the others about year old still going well. The first two we got, I didn't realise were slim ones, probably for women, but work well anyway. These are for a man's shoe. Found these as good as the ones we got from the podiatrist.

Pain free and suitable
I brought this item to support my falling arch. It was extremely painful to the point I could barely walk as the pain spread from my ankle to the top of my knee and the fact I wore my shoes out didn’t help. Anyhow it arrived quickly and fits perfectly well in my shoes. It didn’t feel uncomfortable only a bit odd at first. As soon as I started wearing these it took the pain away immediately. I’m so glad I chose these. The pain hasn’t returned since I’ve been wearing these. They are a slim design and I’d highly recommend. I will definitely buy these again when these are worn out.

Good remedy for sore feet at low cost.
Comfortable and supportive. They fit my footwear well. This is my second set. I've been using the first set for 3 months and I notice a big improvement. My feet are no longer painful.

Get them! They have saved my feet!
They are brilliant, fit in many of my shoes and improved my life I walk loads and my plantar fasciitis would give me so much pain after a long walk it's unreal, today had walked 5 miles in the countryside in town on a playground wearing plimsoles and just a full ache instead of having to take painkillers.

great insoles
The orthotic insoles are great, excellent quality and really good support. They are a good length so you get support at the heel and the arch. They are easy to transfer from your shoes or boots. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insoles to help with sore feet.
