Works great! Low noise level. Great heater! Haven't used cooling yet.

One dayer!
Installed 7/22 and was running great. Got up on 7/24 and it was dead. Would not even power up. Not able to install myself due to health I got it installed on the 7/22. Returns was up on 7/23. Almost $400 in the dump.

Not cooling
Heats fine...when we bought it it was cold, very cold...but now 75 degrees and AC not working very well. Can't send back coz out of return policy date. : /

Cool and heats very well.
Very nice unit that heats and cools efficiently. The unit is very quiet and does the job. I highly recommend it.

AC/Heater that doesn't heat properly
This product does not work as it should. It was a complete waste of money. The seller did refund my money because the product did not blow warm on the heat mode as expected and advertised

Easy install; cools nicely.
I'm happy with it, so far. The install (through-wall) was fairly straightforward. The instructions were pretty good and easy to follow. I installed the unit in my workshop so I could work in there on hot days. As soon as I plugged it in and turned it on, I got a refreshing blast of cool air. My shop cooled down from the high 80's to 78° in about an hour. So I'm pleased. Now, I'll wait and see how the heat function does when the weather turns cold.
