Okay I’m going to try to be as detailed as possible. So we decided to upgrade our bed after 5 years. I searched everywhere on Amazon & all the other brands were either $300+ or we’re going to take almost a month to get to us. But then I found this, I read all the reviews & we decided to try it. We had never ordered a mattress online before but decided to give it a try. It shipped pretty fast but then somehow was lost in transit (which is still don’t know how they misplaced a package this big) but it wasn’t the seller’s or amazons fault, that’s on ups who it was shipped through. I contacted Amazon & they immediately ordered a replacement. That was on February 15th. Amazon said it wouldn’t be here until February 22nd & we were okay with that. Well it ended up showing up on February 17th! We were so excited. The box is heavy so it’s easier for 2 people or someone super strong to carry. My husband got it upstairs & unpackaged which was super easy to do. It almost immediately inflated but we gave it about 12 hours to sit. Last night we slept on it for the first time & omgggg love it. It’s definitely firm which is what my husband wanted but still soft. The memory foam is great & makes you feel cradled as you sleep. It pops right back up pretty fast too! One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever bought. We will be buying a full size for our daughter since she needs a new bed too! Amazing quality at an amazing price!

This is an absolutely awesome mattress! I bought 2 for a day bed with a trundle that we got for our teenager and 8-year old and it did not disappoint. We were on the fence between this memory foam mattress and a hybrid memory foam/spring..and thank goodness we chose this one!! Super comfy, not too heavy or bulky, NO chemical smell that bothered us, and it puffed up to its full size within a day. Great buy! They have been raving about how nice of a sleep they’ve been getting!! Win!!

I bought this in January and now it’s April. It was easy to setup. Do as it says let it rest no sheets until it rises the full 12”. It took about 6 hours but we let it sit for 24 hours before we added the sheets, pillows and covers. This is firm but soft! Perfect medium mattress!! It holds its shape extremely well! I’m 275lbs. So let’s face it; the mattress must hold well. I LOVE this mattress!!! It’s so comfortable and the foam is very high quality!! Highly recommend! What made me try this was two other reviews stated they had a child with special needs or themselves and this mattress was comfortable for them. They were right! It’s the best and so comfortable!

I am pleased with my purchase, great mattress for the price . It is more of a firm mattress but still comfy . Only down side is the smell . I’ve had the mattress for a couple days now and there is still a lingering chemical smell

Almost exactly what I was looking for! We just moved and got rid of our old queen size spring mattress. I thought I preferred spring because of the bounce but decided to go for this instead because of the low price for a king size. It's VERY comfortable, not too soft or overly firm. I weigh 100 pounds my husband weighs 250 pounds and it suits us very well. Theres absolutely no sinking feeling (for me, slightly sinking for my husband) but its firm enough that it goes back to its shape quickly enough when you move. I also don't have that stay in the bed feeling when I wake up anymore, I feel refreshed. There was a paint type smell that it kept a day or so but I just left the window slightly open to combat it. I won't be mad it only lasts a year or so because the price was soo cheap. I will probably buy it again if it needs to be replaced, I rather do that then buy an expensive mattress that'll only last 5 years.Will do an update if anything changes, currently have been sleeping on it for a week.

I have never bought a memory foam mattress before so I was nervous to try. I had read that they were hot, some say too soft, some say too firm. My pillow top spring style mattress was worn out and we needed a replacement badly. I figured I'd try a cheap option so if it was terrible I wouldn't be out too much money. I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. I can't imagine what would make the more expensive versions better. Everyone will have different requirements for firmness but for me this is the perfect balance of firm support for my back and pillowy softness for good sleep. I am a big guy too. If you're on the fence looking at these go ahead and order. I definitely wasn't disappointed. The only small quibble I might have is I ordered the 8" and I don't think it's quite that thick. It's plenty soft/supportive but a little more thickness would help keep the sheets from popping off at the corners during sleep. I'll have to look into how to fix that. Other than that 5 stars all the way.

Got this bed for our new master suite that we just built. I have to say this bed is fantastic! Deliver on time. Packaged well. Set up was a breeze. Got the bed out of the package we waited 3 days before we slept on it and it fluffed up just as it should. The spell really wasn’t that bad. After three days it was pretty much gone. Comfort is a 10 out of 10! Most comfortable bed I have ever owned. And for the price of this bed it just blows my mind. There is hands down not a value for a bed on Amazon! Cannot recommend this enough. It is a bit stiffer than my past beds but I have had the best sleep I have had in years.
