These shaker tops are the perfect replacement for my salt &pepper shakers. The original metal top for the salt was beginning to rust and get stuck, I am so happy that I can keep the salt & pepper set that I like so much. Also love that the holes are the perfect size for both salt and pepper.

Some how I ended up with a number of mini mason jar mugs. These lids let me convert them into salt and pepper shakers which work well for picnics.

lids fit fine, holes are a pretty good size. A good economical replacement as the old ones do wear out. Was surprised to find these so easily.

I purchased the mason salt and pepper shakers separately but they came with metal lids that rust with moisture and I don’t want to be consuming that so when I found the lids I was excited for a plastic alternative that was easy to clean and no rust concerns contaminating my food

It's always a guessing game when buying something that you're going to use as a salt and pepper shaker. Are the holes gonna be big enough? Is my salt gonna be too big? Etc. These are perfect! A little more free-flowing than my old S&P shakers, but that's to be expected, as it's a bigger lid overall and has more holes. All in all, this was a perfect buy. I may gift these to members of my family or something because I honestly don't know what I'm going to do with 6 sets lol.
