I only leave reviews when I'm very frustrated or when I'm blown away - this time I'm blown away! I'm shocked at how effective this fly trap is! The value is better than I expected for this price, great quality bug trap that is VERY effective. Had one of the sticky pads filled up with flies within a week! The package comes with 10 extra sticky boards which is great. See the pictures of how much bugs this thing caught :)I've recommended this silent "bug zapper" to all my friends and family, it's just that great! I've had the regular bug zappers before but they're just SO loud and frighten my dog when he's trying to sleep. I've done a lot of research trying to find the right solution to get rid of these flies without making my dog hate me and I've stopped on this silent fly trap, I'm glad I did. It attracts the flies just like the regular zappers but instead of zapping, the bugs just stick to the sticky board. The sticky boards are so sticky that once the bug touches it, they're stuck forever :)

I love, love this night light for the kitchen and simultaneous bug killer. I turn this on every night and see everything I didn't know was in the house by the next morning.After a few days, all the flies and misc critters were stuck and no noise or trauma to scare my boyfriend or the dog!Great!

I had a fruit fly infestation I couldn't get rid of for almost a month using all the home remedies. Plugged this in yesterday afternoon, 24 hours later I have no noticeable living fruit flies :) A whole lot of them on the sticky card though - even got a house fly and a mosquito. This unit looks exactly like others on Amazon costing twice as much, and I am sure it is in every way equal or superior to them. It even came with a number of extra sticky cards for when this one fills up. If you live in a buggy place like me, this will really do the trick - and in complete silence.

I purchased this in April had a fungus Nat problem did not know how many Nats were in the house, have caught over 300 Nats within two months. I would only see one or two Nats flying around thought there were only a few, but found out that these little guys can lay hundreds of eggs quickly and they did to my surprise. Apparently they love fungus that grows in flower plant soil and if you see one there are many more. We dont have any Nats and now it is catching mosquitoes, fly's and miller moths. It really works!

This is the best thing ever. I got one for the kitchen, to put near the back door, where we let the dog out at night. We attached it to the wall, about 6 feet up. It acts as a night light. Every mosquito that comes in the door goes straight into the trap. Plus, it catches a lot of gnats and other bugs that I did not even know we had. I installed one in the hall from the garage into the dining room, above where we hang our coats. That one collects mosquitos and clothing moths. Now we can relax in the living room without being attacked by mosquitoes in our house every evening. We hung one in the garage a few feet from the door to the house. That one filled in 3 days with tons of mosquitos, moths, and other flying bugs. We have a fourth one now. We just need to figure out where to hang it. Maybe we will hang a second one in the garage.

This is great. I some how acquired a infestation of tiny flies. I tried spray and a couple other things. Nothing seemed to get rid of them. Then I got this and set it up. Flies galore collected on the mat. I had to empty in less than 24 hrs. New sticky sheet and they, the flies, were heading back like patrons to a bar on Friday night. The flies in the house are not totally gone but tomorrow I'll move this to another part of the house. Maybe when the invading hordes are gone I'll find a place to live and keep up with the occasional invader. I'm very happy with the quiet, efficient way it works. How it will hold up? Who knows but as of now, well worth the cost.

I have been struggling with a fruit fly problem invading my house. It's driving me crazy!!! I searched the internet for a positive solution on how to eliminate this problem. I bought many local hardware store solutions with unsuccessful results. After reading all the reviews here, I was thrilled to receive this light!! Well after 3 days not 1 single bug!!! We still watch them flying around the house going no where near the light!! I have decided to leave it on now 24/7 thinking maybe these are dumb flies and need to see it more than just at night lol 😂However when I put out my homemade killer concoction of apple cedar vinegar and dish soap they fly into each within minutes trying to get into the cup. I kill so many this way but it makes my house smell awful and my dogs would love to get to all the cups of what ever smells so intriguing to them!This cycle of hell never ends!!! I may just have to send this light back and put 10 cups throughout my house and smell like vinegar for a week!!! (Or move) I am totally disappointed, no-one wanted this to work more than me, I almost tackled our mailman to get it. This product is not what I hoped for.

I had a serious fruit fly infestation in my house. After trying homemade remedies, insect-repellent wall plug ins, and sticky boards, the problem wasn't getting better. After plugging this machine, my fruit fly problem was gone within a week! At one point we counted how many had been collected, and we counted approximately 1,500! I still keep it plugged although we found the source of the problem because it will catch mosquitoes and flies as well. The only thing I didn't quite like is that the electric cord isn't very long, so in some instances I had to use an extension cord. Other than that, this is an excellent product to invest in.
