Paid for a new item but received a used one
I gave it a 3 star rating because the product I received was used. The box was delivered opened and slightly damaged. When I took the hanger out of the box, it had noticeable nicks and scratches on it. It was easy to install as I was able to attach it to my headrest without any instructions ( as it did not come with any). It works as intended and my coat/ jacket fits over it fine so you can’t see that it is slightly damaged.I feel if you are getting a used item you should be notified and/ or receive the item at a discounted price.

Doesn’t fit headrest bars
The clips don’t adjust so they don’t even fit on the bars of my headrest to attach it. Cheap quality broke when I tried to attach it to the headrest but the clips are too small. Ideally a good idea but not a good follow through

This does exactly what it is supposed to do. Works well and I like the fact that the arms can retract a little.

Would not recommend
Looks cheaply made. Would not fit the headrest posts on my Jeep seats. Needs to be redesigned. I would suggest to look at better alternatives. In the case of this cheap product, you truly get what you paid for.
