Liked the set of pink resistance bands, came in handy mesh bag. However, they had a strong plastic smell when I opened the bag, so had to air them out for several days before use. Doesn't seem like there's a difference in level of resistance of the 3 bands. Came with a booklet with several exercises using the resistance bands.

I was under a lot of pain (maybe because the way I sleep), but I started using the resistance bands and the pain went away. Also recommend for those of you who do not like using weights, but would like to exercise.

although thin, these definitely do not feel as though they'll be popping anytime soon. i suggest using baby powder / talcum powder when storing them. that'll help preserve them and ensure you don't encounter dry rot or anything similar. it's just like caring for a swim cap really as they're similar materila
