Please excuse the semi long post..Hi, I purchased this product after doing quite a bit of research and talking to my Orthopedic Dr. I have Scoliosis and have 2 rods from T4-L4 also a "Cage" put into L5-S1. So I do not bend at all. Having abs again is basically nonexistent. Since these types of devices are used on patients that can't walk or have the ability to stimulate the muscles, I thought I would try it. So I am going to see how this works along with I already eat healthy. I will repost after a week or so. I put it on my abs and obliques first. I will also try it on my arms, glutes and thighs. If it works I will order another for whole body.Negatives...There is no case to put this into.No instructions in box.Boxing was flimsy.You also have to be very careful to not get the oils from your fingers on the pads.Before you put it on I would recommend wiping your skin with alcohol to get any excess oils off. It will allow the pads to stick better and also last longer.The plastic sheath that is covering the pads keep dust and oil free, you will have to put it back on the apparatus.Positives...It is very easy to wear.It is comfortable.It is NOT painful.It has like 15 different modes to choose from with each being 15 minutes.I would have given totally 5 stars if it was a little more sturdy, had a case, and had full instructions.

Okay I just got the thing in the mail. First of all, it came on time. Thank you! The product matched the items description. Thanks again. Ease of use.... extremely easy to use. The item doesn’t hold well on the back of the arms. Mine kept lifting and falling off. But I love the way it holds on my back and belly. And I love how I can hold my baby against me and she doesn’t feel it. So far so good. I’ll do another review when I figure out if it gives good results or not.

Serves its purpose for stimulation- actual deep muscle stimulation is to be determined. If you don’t have it stuck really well, or if you move during, it tends to send shocks and seem more raw. A little flawed there, plus if you try to adjust the strength/touch the controller while it’s on and you touch the socket opening where it charges, it shocks you. Not fun. You really have to be careful where you grab.

I am using these pads for almost two weeks and I can say that I start seeing results, I am using them every day on my abs and my arms. I like that the controllers are wireless and rechargeable with standard USB connection, they connecting well to the pads and are very comfortable to use. Pay attention when you start using the pads, increase the strength slowly since its very powerful and you don't want to hurt yourself.Overall, worth the money !!

This did not work at all. I charged as instructed and once the red light turned off. I tried to use. It did not come on at all. I was so disappointed as I was really looking forward to trying this, especially with all the good reviews. IDK if I got a bad unit but it’s definitely going back today.

It’s a good help to a regular workout. I use it after cardio exercises on my abs and I can feel effect in one week after every day use

Bought for my daughter. Item came with a hair stuck in the gel pad like it was previously used. I ordered extra gel pads so it didn’t really bother me we just put a new one on. The reason I give it a 1 star is because it did not work as intended, it’s suppose to contract the muscle but instead it just sent painful zaps to the area of my stomach where it made contact, and what felt like electric shocks sent through my body. Tried low and high levels but it’s all the same issue no matter what strength you put it at. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I used this product for about a week and I see results already! It is so easy to use. Charge it for about an hour and stick it to wanted areas. I putted all 3 to my stomach and sides. After first day of use my muscles in that area hurt like if after workout! It will not replace you the sport, but it is a nice addition to your work outs!

Didn't arrive with a charger. Wouldn't charge after second use. Total rubbish
